  4. Yeah I'm worried I will, but at the same time, I've reached my strength goals and I'm happy with what I've achieved. 60kg bench was always my ultimate goal and I'm beyond that now. I've gotten to the point where I'm strong but I don't look as good as I used to in a bikini, so it's time to drop some bf and hopefully expose my muscle that I've been working on for 2 years. I also want to look better than my sister and her bff who both do bodybuilding comps, when we go to Bali for Xmas

  18. Isn't that just a short term weight loss program though? As you're putting your body into starvation mode? Once you stop doing it, you'll just put all the weight back on?

  22. See if your gym does a les mills body balance class Mitch. It's a mix of Pilates, yoga and tai chi. I started doing it when I was first injured and would definitely recommend it.
  23. Know that feeling, I've gone up a whole size and I also can't wear anything tight or dresses with zips at the back as they don't do up; so the majority of my wardrobe is now unwearable. I've bought bigger jeans and a few dresses to get me by Wah
  24. I had to get private health this year otherwise I'd have to pay the Medicare levy. I'm with ahm and I get 50% back on the things I use which has been dentist and physio and I pay $74 a month
