  13. Not really, Melbourne is just awash with crime. WA has a huge import scene and cars do not get stolen as frequently as in Melbourne. I owned 2 skylines for over 10 years in WA with one parked mostly in the driveway no issues... move to Melbourne and my skyline is stolen in a year.
