  14. compound exercises? I only do squats, deadlifts, bench, pull ups, lat pulldown, seated row and biceps at the gym... This isn't the first comment I've had about my shoulders recently either. The only thing I've changed recently is adding more sets to my bench.

  18. Legs aren't even sore. I think running 6-7 km twice a week is helping, or maybe I'm just toughening up. Maybe I need to squat more lol

  24. I've had an ongoing issue ever since I tore my infraspinatus. It's the T7 facet joint that's the most painful. I get regular physio which loosens it up.
