  5. I skipped dinner one time because it was fking horrible and I couldnt be bothered making anything else as it was late so I had a protein shake. I eat a meal before gym which is dinner anyway. I eat nearly 2000 calories a day so I'm hardly under nourished.
  6. My gym agrees I should be lifting heavier and have given me lots of suggestions and advice, such as box squats, resistance band bench, incline bench, floor press, good mornings and other things but trainer says no.

Apparently the purest and most biologically available source of whey protein on the planet. It comes in cherry vanilla, vanilla peanut butter and chocolate peanut butter flavours too... Nom nom
