  7. I have gained a few kg though, even though a doctor told me I looked 53kg last week I actually weigh 58kg, but I can't really notice so I assume it's muscle density

This is to strengthen my lift when I'm pushing the bar back up; as I'm getting it up just after bringing it down to my chest, then it's coming back down a little back towards my chest before I get it all the way up. Bicep Curl 10kg x 10 15kg x 10 20kg x 10 20kg x 5 20kg x 5 20kg x 5 30 min HIIT

  17. I'm not happy with how I'm going in squats or my technique; so where I usually just say thanks as I did with 112.5 deadlift and 40x8 bench, I don't feel this 65kg is really an achievement. I'm having huge issues with my knee bending in and I'm not going to be happy until that's fixed. Grats Dan

  23. My notes on Bulk Nutrients N03X pre workout so far: pine/orange flavour is disgusting I had it at 4pm and it kept me awake most of the night
