  1. As the title states im after one of these canton 3qrt accusump units with epc electric valve including all wiring etc complete in good working order. If anyone can help to get this item sooner rather than ordering from the states would be great. Located in Melbourne thanks 0402439365
  2. If it falls through ill take em and pick up too
  3. Really? You know more about garrett turbos than every garrett representative in aus! Sounds like you may have come across 1 or 2 that were vague. Its just some knowledge i came across and was worth sharing to help aid seller. I respect your wisdom in fact i would be interested in knowing how much boost you run and for how too just for shits and giggles if your ok with that. Would be much appreciated
  4. Its a guide got any beef speak to the professionals ie the people at garrett who sell/supply them
  5. If you speak to garrett they will even recomend the hks over their heavy duty actuators, coming from ross at qld garrett, the garrett actuator pressure is a guide only as they can start to open at as little as 8psi. Food for thought glws
  6. Afm's arrived safe and sound cheers sam!
  7. They are 2 different things but do the same job. Most cylinder head machine shops will not warranty anything if you use either of these products on head gasket. In the old days was a different story but now you really only use these products on things like water pump gaskets etc
  8. You too and thanks for the help
  9. Haha yeah true (bragging rights) it has hks coil overs all round so that takes care of the stiffer suspension. Im building myself, not the machine work but everything else will be from my own hands. After a long 2 days i now have the engine out stripped and head off so over the next couple weeks ill be hunting parts etc and commencing forged rebuild with all oil mods etc if you look up Nissan skyline owners Australia on Facebook you can see pics of progression its a mammoth job lol
  10. Maybe a weight thing to remove it all but like you said why would you bother! Its frustrating when people mod cars and they can lose their identity so the story of why things arent there check out, to be honest i would have eventually gone for at minimum a 1.5 way diff so it still would have lost its original alsd functionality anyway. Atm im currently rebuilding the engine so looks like i lucked out twice! Thats cars though, but i love it!
  11. Yeah he did and i checked everything but he said it was converted to mechanical which i can understand as the alsd isnt as responsive as a normal lsd but yeah my hunch was right oh well
  12. It does habe that but nismo cluster, also it doesnt illuminate and apparently converted to mechanical rear diff so no cooling fins & hydraulic piping is not present or has been removed?
  13. So not a vspec then i did have my suspicions
  14. Its 101 building never add any coolant just plain water for the first 1000 km it allows time for head gasket to seal and if you have a water leak you havent wasted any coolant, win win. Also NEVER use any copper coat or any other sealing compounds etc on a head gasket they dont need it.
  15. Oh yeah sorry!! Thank you heaps mate much appreciated
  16. This is great could you check mine to plz 6u9000bnr33041464
  17. Remove the cas plug back in connector to cas, with the ig on and dash lights illuminated go back to the front of car and spin the cas in the cranking direction as if the engine was cranking. You should be able to hear the fuel pump run and injectors pulsing along with coils sparking.if nothing happens then it's an electrical issue either supply problem or a trigger fault. Hope this helps
