    if u wanna get big u gotta eat big plenty of quality carbs a good souce of protein and sugar after a workout to get ur inslin levels up.eat roughly every 3hrs and dont miss a meal.take food with u and if u cant heat it up harden up and eat it cold,oh and lift big always fail on the last set

    i use lsx 90 now cause its free but ive used epx 80-90 and that worked fine never had dramas with either of them

    was a good run only 40 mins up the old pac then a decent feed.only 6 made it but was still good to sus it out.might make next one a day run in a few weeks.ill post up another meet soon.hopefully no rain this time.

    up for sale is my r33 gtst mspec front bumper with lights,i have bought a new bumper so selling this one it is a genuine plastic one not shitty fibre glass.it does have 2 cracks as pictured and has paint missing in spots but could be fixed easily.im located on the central coast nsw msg or call 0401683376 $200
