Im really only toying with the idea at the moment, but in order to make a decision i need a little more information on the matter, ive heard of people bagging their accords for little over $3k, aware the job may have to be a custom job, ive allowed a little more for the job. p.s. im 21, currently living at home, no expenses, little responsobility, May aswell, right?

Hey guys, After recently purchasing my stagea, with an aftermarket kit/skirts, lowered on nismo springs, ive come to realise how stupidly hard its going to be going anywhere. (Maccas is now off the cards as the stagea wont get in their driveway!) Ive decided to start looking into a fully engineered airbag suspension kit. Now, the issue im facing is that no one knows wtf a stagea is, let alone if theres an airbag kit suitable for it. I Hear there are alot of similarities in the stagea to other nissans (V35 mainly) Does anyone know what the suspension setup is like? (Im aware its springs/struts allround anything past that i have no idea) ive spoken to a guy on the central coast (nsw) who does airbag suspension for showcars and he asked me to take heaps of photos of how the car sits now and what the suspension is like currently. so im yet to take photos and send them up to him but i figured id ask first to see if anyone can shed any light on the matter. i will be updating this thread with my progress but any tips would be greatly appreciated! If i do choose to go ahead with the install (Set a budget of $5500) watch this space!

Hey guys! I recently picked up my new nm35 stagea, Anyway! Half way home it shat itself and i had to get it towed back to my place, we ran the diagnostic tool and worked out its the afm, the car struggled to start up, and when it did won't rev past 2.2k great, right! Anyway, i need a replacement afm, I'm located in sydneys south, whats the best way to go about this? should i just take the car to my mechanic and let him deal with it? or should i call around to some wreckers in sydney hoping to find a replacement afm? i doubt many wreckers will have the part from a stag so what other afm's are compatible? CHEERS GUYS! Daniel.

Hey guys, Sorry been so busy with work and getting my car sorted etc. I ended up going the NPC Heavy duty Organic clutch, Rated to around 300rwkw this is plenty for what im going to use it for. i got it all installed and parts (Inc Flywheel machining) And my coils changed while he was there, 4L of Redline lightweight shockproof for a grand total of $1360 (Inc clutch, labor, oils, maching of flywheel) Not bad if you ask me, im pretty happy with how i did, Now for fuel pump on the weekend, and then off to powertune on monday! POWAHHHHHHHHHH! Thanks to everyone who dropped their 2 cents worth, it was worth alot more to me <3 SAU

Wasnt looking to spend an arm and a leg, and as for future mods, im only aiming for ~250awkw for the time being, Ive got 2k set aside for my clutch installed, and have been quoted for the nistune installed and tuned for $1100. Was just going to use my local mechanic for the clutch install, just need to know which clutch to throw in it... Ive had a look at the exedy clutch kits, as with the NPC Kits and was quoted for a heavy duty organic clutch kit. $753.50. My mechanic said he would rather work with exedy as he has contacts. If i was to go exedy, which clutch kit do i go? Heavy duty? Button? Ceramic? And as for the flywheel, ive heard with ceramic clutches its best to get a new flywheel to improve the life of the clutch, ive also heard that theres no need to do flywheel >.<

Hey guys, Quick question as no clutch shop will give me a straight answer... Im after a new clutch for my R34 GT-T, Currently modded with FMIC, BOV, Pod filter, full 3' exhaust, and my Shiney new eboost street . Im looking to get it tuned as soon as i have the clutch installed with a nistune, First Question is Which clutch do i buy?? all shops ive been to say what is the torque of your car, Problem being, i dont know untill i get a tune, and i cant get a tune till i have a clutch! 2nd question, Before the tune, Are there any other supporting mods i should look into as to make the tune more economical/beneficial? ive heard Z32, Fuel pump, Coil packs. But not sure what can be overlooked and installed later, or what needs to be installed for the tune. Any advice or opinions greatly appreciated, Cheers guys!

R34 4Dr Wind Deflectors
EuphXP replied to Luke_ENR34's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Hey will these in any way suit a 34 coupe? -
Hey guys. Had my r34 for 6 months now, Enjoying it as it is and ive finally got it running as i want, Cleared the EPA notice and I have some spare money floating around. I want to start modding the engine before i start on some cosmetic mods. Where do i start?! ive already upgraded the FMIC, BOV, Catback exhaust and manual boost controller, Apart from that the car is stock. Ive heard theres some "Unrestricting" That can be done, but not sure what exactly that involves. I dont want to get to excessive, 250-280 KW Is my goal, i figured it would still be fun for trackdays, anymore than that i beleive is a waste especially the way the laws are now. Ive done a little research regarding ECU's and tunes, injectors, fuel pumps, lines, coil packs and turbo upgrades. Just not sure what would be the most economical for power gains. So anyone with a little knowledge on early upgrades or even anyone thats done it before (I know theres a few of you!!) any insight or knowledge would be much appreciated. Cheers, Daniel. P.S Not sure if this is in the right section either :S

R34 Gtr Wheels With Tyres
EuphXP replied to parraboi's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Hey mate interested in these rims, PM SENT! -
Stock ECU And Stock Turbo so i think i was sweet... From memory he didnt check the ECU, (pretty sure because it was an environmental test, ECU Wouldnt affect anything) Best thing to do would be to call the Environment and herritage office and talk to them.

Trust me i know what your going through, MASSIVE Headache... So i had a manual Boost controller, but he said they changed the laws recently and they were fine, i have a After market FMIC and he said it was sweet, Pod filter is in a sealed box he said it was sweet. Atmo BOV i had to change to stock. On the first inspection i had to change my Aftermarket 3.5' X-Force exhaust to stock. So i put the stock exhaust on it (Thanks to Jarred!) Stock exhaust was still too loud (93 DB) and he didnt charge me for the test, came back 2 days later (After Defect notice cut off date) with a plate in the exhaust and he passed me and back-dated the test. THEN! I got a flat tyre and he even let me put my car up on the hoist and helped me change the tyre. Top bloke. i think his name is leon... Theres another bloke who works out there named Daniel, Hes also really nice... I Guess the people who have had bad experiences with them may have gone about it the wrong way? Ive really only got nice things to say about these guys... PM Me and i can call you if you need any more info... Trust me its not worth the stress. i was ready to jump off a cliff when i got this notice, looking back on it, take your time, All the guys on the forums are here to help, we will get you through.
