This is an unfinished project ! but is as close tobeing complete as ever, it drives and runs, it is in the final buttoning uproad tests and working out the kinks.
I have receipts for parts that total around the 30k!! Most parts bought at trade price
Most of the work has been completed by myself,except where things needed to be done by the pros, such as Brake calliperrebuilds and things that were out side my scope.
This has been an ongoing project for over 5 years !
The car had been garaged for 5 years before i gotit and was in good condition for its age, the transplant just evolved as timewent on. The body was in good nick and i have pictures of the panels etc beforethe paint went on.
If you were to pay trades for the work done onthis car as well as parts you would not get much change out of 60-70k.Countless hours have been spent on this car.
Parts list is as follows.
1. Front and rear brake upgrade, Hilux front withvented and slotted rotors, maxima rears.
2. Coil overs on all fours, standard Monroecomfort gas at this stage/ not sectioned
3. series 1 rb25det with turbo 5 speed box
4. Front mount intercooler.
5. All rubbers and bushes replaced with new, ifnot replaced i have the spares to replace (90%done)
6. front pedders sway bar.
7. all new steering components apart from the rack( ball joints, rack ends caster rod bushes etc ) Brand new set of RLCA to befitted
8. Re trimmed seats and the rest of the interiorhas minimal damage. ( dash has cracks in it )
9. New carpet kit, not installed.
10. full Autometer ultra lite guage kit, with Blueback lit LED
11. New brake master, 7/8
12. Modified fuel tank to take in tank pump withswirl pot. ( Will take any pump you want to use )
13. braided brake lines.
14. re trimmed door trims, just the outsidesection. still looks factory less the chrome strip
15. R200 viscous LSD (re built)
16. All new diff mounting hardware.
17. Custom fabricated 4130 CV shaft setup thatuses a SS CV for easy replacement ( not that it will need it )
18. Rota wheels 16x8 Grids. Now i did have the17x9.5 on it and look f$#@n Mad, but these ones will clear engineers cert. Theycome with second hand racing, street legal semi slicks.
19. new steering wheel.
20. Heater hoses have been replaced, along withnearly every other hose on the car.
21. Modified/ re build radiator with 16inch thermo.
22. all new sensor package for the engine, oil,water etc etc etc.
23. Pod filter, new
24. Cut and welded quarters for extra large wheels.
25. new wind screen and rubber
26. custom engine mounts and and cross member
27. Full custom stainless 3inch exhaust with highflow stainless cats and muffler, also comes with Cat delete pipe.
28. New diamond cut headlights.
29. Nearly every screw, nut and bolt has beenreplaced with an Allan key bolt of differing types, T handle Allan keys and acordless drill will be your best friend on this car. It comes apart and goestogether very easily as all has been striped, cleaned, re built and re fittedwith new hardware
30. New locks and ignition with new keys.
31. New window runner inserts and rubbers.
32. New carbon fibre gear knob
33. new pedal rubbers.
34, Centre console has been redone to delete theold choke cable holes etc,
35. new clutch master cylinder
36. new fixed position seat belts.
We have started the fabrication for the stereothat has room for 4 x 6inch speakers and a 10 inch sub, will be loud enough.(extra cost)
Too much to remember or mention. All the partsthat are required for a conversion of this nature have been Made ( a hella lotof parts) bought and installed and no expense has been spared on parts for thisproject. Will have to see to believe. A couple guys from this forum have seenit, as i sold them some un used parts.
To be totally honest i never built this car tosell it, everything that has been done was to bring the car back to brand new.I was going to keep it for ever. i never dreamed of selling it. But i havesince found a very prize piece of land on the gold coast and the money has tocome from somewhere.
The car has only done maybe 500klms not 500,000since all of this work.
It has had its first engineering inspection andonly requires minor work to Rego. Seat belts, Brake lines brackets need to berelocated.
Now the bad news.
Gearbox syncros need to be replaced and mite aswell do a clutch while your there., New RT mount to be installed.
Way to much to mention.
Open to serious offers and inspections. I could doan "open day" for inspections if i get that sort of interest.
It will still need 3-4k to get it complete andrace/road worthy. Some Dyno time, and other small finishing bits are required.You will still need to spend some money. If no decent offers ill finish thework and re advertise as a 911 turbo killer.
This is an fantastic setup that can only havepower added to it, not sure if it needs it.
I think all in the scene are well aware of thework required to get a car to this stage.
Needs new bonnet but the existing one is ok forthe moment.
Also comes with some spares, bits and pieces,spare paint, Bumper over riders, bushes etc

Would consider finishing the project for the riteprice. Please be aware that anyone looking at a classic car like this will haveto live with things not being perfect, it is nearly 40 years old. Although allthe hard work has been done, and done well.
