Hey Martin, Just read your article in the latest 'GTR' branded publication of wheels (I think)? Comparison of the 32 vs the 35 & their "spooky" similarities / DNA. ...so the 32 seats "cream" the 35 seats which isn't bad for a 20 yr old car!

I've personally been in my mates evo8mr which had over 300kw and that was fun and agile...that owner is now selling to get back into a gtr (r32) as he doesn't like the feel and quality of the evo, he is a former gtr owner. Went in my other mates f6 and he also had a 10sec ba which was a donkey of a car...both cars blew components which gave him the shits and in fact the ba doors were starting to misalign (chassis twist)...both are now sold and now owns a race car r32 and r35

OK, I missed that point but to come in here and pollute Martins thread, i dont think is right. Evo's are great cars but its not a GTR

time to put this into perspective - nurburgring lap times on latest make / model Evo X - 7:58 GTR - 7:21 enough said.

An f6 can beat a gtr down the qtr BUT it would need to run better than a flat 11 and this tells me that either the f6 was more than lightly modified or the gtr was not racing / soft mode as above. My mate had the BA and FG turbo, for him nothing but headaches blowing trannys, diffs, drive shafts F6 is not bad but u pay for What u get You are going to get grilled on this so be prepared

thanks i remember back in 2004 when i was searching for this silver gtr which i own...even back then, i think i viewed over 30 32's & none were up to my standard - but in saying that, i am ultra fussy i ended up buying this gtr off a close friend of mine & paid pretty much double that of other r32's
