  1. ART Pipes = $550 USD XYZ with HFC = $550 USD Shipping = $400 USD? Total = $1500 USD?
  2. Yeah I get in cabin drone from 1.5k rpm to 2.5k rpm, it worse going uphill. I think auto box has got a lot too do with it, I don't get it using tiptronic mode. Been thinking a MD ART -> MD XYZ with HFC -> Exotic Speed R1-T setup lately, Shiva maybe you can try out that setup since you got the Exotic Speed R1-T? As I'll most likely be installing my Berk HFC on, instead of that setup. (null)
  3. I had the rears installed as well and I believe there are 6.5 inches, but I can't confirm that to be 100% sure. What kind of setup are you going for and of course in every question what is your budget?
  4. LOL! Finally, I got spotted!
  5. Even though at that price, I think they are the cheapest brand new lightweight 2 piece forged wheels you can find... Most big name wheels brands start their 1 piece forged (monoblock) wheels at that price or above, so it's quite a deal, just don't know how it stands although BC have good reputation for their coilovers... I think once these wheels get trialed and tested, I reckon people will jumping onto these as the 'bang for buck' once again... Also, if you check out their site, these wheels are only built to order so you can customise them as well, so it ain't off the shelf...
  6. roughly about ~$3500 a set depending on which series...
  7. Good group buy, Seano! Yes, these replace the cats. But you can have something like this which is essential an ART Pipe & TDX V1 Cat-Back System (discontinued): ART Pipe -> XYZ Pipe -> HFC Module -> you have to figure out yourself... I've been trying to explore this option to find a XYZ Pipe-Back System that will fit.
  8. Good thread, as I'm currently looking for some pads that don't produce as much dust as the ones I got on at the moment...
  9. Haven't got mine yet...
  10. Yeah I always warm up my car so that at least the temperature is 3 bars above bottom cold and below 700 rpm. Still get a slight click sound and as suspect it's probably the axis click as its a common problem with our cars as mentioned on g35driver.
  11. Hey, come to the Garage Cafe meet tomorrow and bring the Z-Tube, I might buy it straight off you then.
  12. I got it on mine if you've forgotten. Yeah the clamps are the lowest part and do get scraped, but my car is pretty low. The good thing is that you can always replacement them with ease, rather than replacing whole piece and reweld because of bolted flanges.
  13. Never been spotted either, I guess I'm ghosting or ninja'ing around...
  14. So what's the update on this?
  15. Keen on the Z-Tube, I'll wait for pictures.
  16. I might attend if some westsiders or V's come...
  17. Yes, please do write up a 'how to' for concave wheels as well, it would help heaps. My first mod was my concave wheels and they don't sit spot on flush, but slightly inside and its frustrating. Nah nah I'm talking about concave (from lip to centre is inwards), not convex (from centre to lip is outwards). I don't like convex and it would be harder to fit BBK with them too.
  18. I would agree, it doesn't make much difference having it a couple of weeks earlier. So best to save yourself some money and be patient, just as long as you get it. $575 is a fair and average price for shipping CBEs from the US. I'm pretty sure its been made for the G37/V36 as well at the time of development and release for the 370Z. Motordyne are the only exhaust system on the market that is modular in design and can fit both Zs and Vs or Gs. The difference is the 8" extension pipes, which is how much longer the G or V is to the Z. But it is best to contact and ask them directly to be sure as always, though I agree there website is vague. Contact them or Tony through the website, g35driver (under Hydrazine) or facebook page. The XYZ pipe does come with the system, thats why its called CBE (cat-back exhaust, from the catalytic converters back to the end of tips). +1 You can get the products from some of the vendors there, but Motordyne (Tony) is on there under Hydrazine.
  19. It is heavy, so you know its solid and quality. If you're in Melbourne, I could give you a listen at one of our monthly V meets.
  20. Pictures would be helpful for the trimming... Transfered.
  21. Yup, I get the clicks from the back, but not so much clunks unless I change gears as soon as I start the car.
  22. Yeah I get this as well, it's annoying when you're in a hurry and when changing gears on the auto (especially to reverse) at high rpms makes the car jerk...
