Get racv to do it costs about 200-300$ i think, also a skyline being cheap doesnt mean its shit.. iv';e picked up all my cars for very cheap including a r33 gtst manual with reg/rwc for 4k and na auto r34 coupe for 5k if was the one that had " i love cops" plates registered to it, and i just seen a yellow r34 auto coupe sell for 8k with reg n rwc Also as you mention ur unemployed i wouldnt suggest getting a skyline due to have no income, its a expenstive car to maintain i suggest getting a honda civic or integra etc 4 cylinder so cheap of petrol and cheaper to maintain, dont get much stuff around from cops etc.. i have integra myself and my skyline as my daily.
