  1. Hi fellow Skyline enthusiasts, I touched up my God32zilla pic because I wasn't 100% happy with it. It's in colour just incase colour becomes an option again. I just made it look a bit more proportional, scaled down some of the lines so they're not as imposing. Looking forward to the input once the message gets out!
  2. New members won't want to buy it because they won't be on it and this forum has over 70,000 members so might be a bit of a squeeze
  3. Hahah yeah, I admit it looks pretty awkward. Only car enthusiasts will know what it represents
  4. Makes sense! Totally agree about wearability of design and longevity of the actual garment.
  5. Just a quick q. Have you finalised how these are getting printed? If these are being screen printed, I think it's going to be really hard to pull off the more detailed designs with shadows and whatnot but if you've found someone using a garment printer then all is well
  6. Might give it a shot if I have the time Thanks...I guess? It was meant to be a bit of fun, but I suppose you don't really get that kinda thing. Nice hoodie design thirtythree-II, keep em coming. I like the black Hako one Charles
  7. Hey that looks great. But it's true how the previous models are no longer recognisable. I guess it's implied. Keen to see new designs from you @ xAsh-, you working on anything? Your RB26 block design looked really nice. Whilst I'm here, I splashed some colour onto my Godzilla32 because in it's current state it reminds me too much of Beyblades or something lame like that. Got any colour preferences?
  8. Awesome ideas coming through guys. Anyway, thought I'd go back to the fashion designs. I imagined doing something like this last week but I didn't have the balls to attempt it. But here it is, fleshed it out finally and it took a VERY long time. I'm proud of it to say the least. Anyone else liking it? Feedback is always welcome, even if you want to flame it. Bring on the fiyah!
  9. So at the moment, none of the submitted designs have made selection?
  10. Aww shiet, I was just about to suggest a design exactly like this for a t-shirt. Damnit HardTuned..
  11. I'd rock that!
  12. Wow. This thread nearly made me cry. So comprehensive and every photo is quality. I wish I had le monies.
  13. Oh, I don't know..Someone chuck us some ideas. I don't think this even qualifies as a design hahah. Kept it pretty minimalistic since the sleeves may or may not be bombarded with trader logos as per the design brief.
  14. Your inspiration provides the lulz They're so hard to draw..Actually that's a lie, I just can't be bothered. And a timeline would be tediousssssss. I'm sure someone's up for the challenge
  15. Challenge accepted. Although admittedly, it took a lot longer than I anticipated
  16. Phwoah, that looks awesome balls. Boats belong in the sea Might try one soon.
  17. Thanks men. Makes me feel special. Illustrator is super easy to use! Most of my 'designs' (if you can call them that) are loosely traced from real cars just to get the angles right, then it's just a matter of drawing in more lines and pushing or pulling them. Got rid of the rear diffuser on the 32; looked a bit awkward without a big ass wing.
  18. I feel like I'm whoring this thread.. Anyway, my attempt at a fashion tee. I built on my last design without the SAU logo (to make it more wearable and fashionable) and added a 32 and a skylinesaustralia.com badge on the bottom corner (inspired by hardtuned tees ). Would you guys wear it? I'll start something completely different if people aren't feeling it.
  19. Here ya go. As for the fashion tees, did you still want to run the SAU logo/website somewhere, or should they not be included?
  20. Refined luke GTR's design a bit. Also I traced the SAU logo, so it's somewhat vectorised. It's not perfect, but if anyone wants it PM me and I'll send it to you
  21. Hehe thanks Took some inspiration from Not a Pulsar's last submitted design. Gosh, getting it to look right is really hard..I'll touch it up when I'm not getting sodomised by uni obligations.
  22. Hahaha I see what you did thur . And also good point about familiarity. This thread needs more input!
  23. Does this tacho come from a specific series of Skyline? It's a pretty good idea, but when people see it will they be able to associate that tachometer with Nissans, Skylines or Skylines Australia if the SAU badge wasn't there? I think that's the underlying purpose we need to keep in mind when designing stuff for a specific forum like this! Edit: Whilst I'm posting, I'll just chuck up a slightly updated pic of my previous design. I'm not sure if I've got all the details right, so if you can see anything missing please let me know.
  24. kicking it ol' skool style

  25. So here's my first post! The idea behind my concept is the R32, R33 and R34 are the Skylines which were bred solely for racing. I feel slightly impartial to the current GTR because it doesn't have a H-pattern manual gearbox and is filled to the brim with tech (not that it's a bad thing). In the same way, I believe the R31 is slightly too old and never came with a twin-turbo set up. This was just a draft I did within a couple hours, I haven't touched Illustrator is ages and this was pretty fun. Criticise away!
