I have bought genuine floor mats from them (off their ebay store). They accidentally sent it to the wrong person who purchased something else from JapanAutos. I asked them where that person lives, they told me the address, they called the guy up and told him I am driving there to collect them (15min away, luckily.) After I advised them that I had collected the mats, they offered to refund me the entire cost of the mats + shipping for their mistake. I only wanted a refund on the shipping to cover petrol costs as the mats were priced very well for their condition and the way they handled business was great.
