  1. lol all good. I had to double check myself a few times to make sure it wasn't this weekend
  2. Didn't you mention a few pages back that you were going to provide the receipt? Proof that the pump was sent?
  3. Tim said that I need to bust my gearbox to join the cool club
  4. Hey Mat, do you want to borrow another gopro on the day?
  5. My GTRS recently decided to die on me Planning on getting it rebuilt to get me through the next few months of events then the car comes off the road for some major work Scott is a great tuner, he did a very nice job with the 34. I hit a few limitations with the car and Scott made it a safe tune with still getting nice results My mechanic is very pleased with Scott's work as well and is sending any car that he works on to him That is a crazy idea lol
  6. Hey XKLABA, are you running a HTA turbo in your GTR? How did Scott from Insight like it? I had my 34 tuned by him, can't wait to take it back once all the upgrades are in
  7. Challenge accepted
  8. Wow I didn't expect such an in depth response like that. Response is probably the main thing I'm looking and I think you have covered that above. Cheers Lithium
  9. Probably a long shot but I'm looking for a clear timing belt cover for an RB25 Neo Prefer pick up Sydney but willing to pay for postage if the quality is good
  10. Forgive me but I may have missed it somewhere in the last 40 pages but how does the HTA3076r compare to the GTX3076r?
  11. It's taken me a number of nights to read through this thread (thank you night shifts ) and I'm sold on the HTA's The feedback and research that you guys have gone in to is awesome I've seen Mat's car in action a number of times and the thing is a weapon. After september I'll be taking the 34 off the road and starting my build. I'll be throwing in the 3076, was thinking a 3073 but FP doesn't seem to have it on their website anymore Still unsure as to what rear housing and compressor housing to have though. Recommendations?
  12. So I'm in 2 minds at the moment as to what to do with the car 1. Rebuild the GTRS. Reasoning behind this is to attend the 32GTR 25th anniversary day/cruise and the SAU trackday later this year. Also put the new clutch in while the turbo is getting rebuilt so I can run it in. Once these 2 events are over, take the 34 off the road 2. Pull the 34 off the road now, rip the motor out and start the build. Haltech PS2000 ECU, cams, cam gears, upgrade the oil pump, injectors, 6boost, HTA3076r + a few other things I'm more leaning with option 1 as I'm hanging for these 2 events and there's no way I'll have the motor finished by mid August. Bloody cars, always break at the worst times
  13. So want to go to this, going to need to do some swaps to get the day off..... SAU convoy heading to the event?
  14. Should work now
  15. Thanks Raj. Can't remember off the top of my head at the moment. I recently bought a daily so we decided to go a little heavier to handle any future upgrades. I've hit a problem...... my turbo decided to die on me friday morning on the way home from work First time I've driven the car in a week after going to the creek. Drove the car to work thursday night, no problems. On the way home, roughly 10mins from my house , went to shift in to third, no boost, no power and I could hear a whistling/whining noise So I eventually got home, let the car cool down, came back out 15mins later and kicked it over https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10154262357330717 Engine switched off https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10154262395460717 So I had it towed to my mechanics friday night and the plan is to pull the turbo out and send it to GCG and have them open it up and see whats wrong Hopefully it won't cost an arm and a leg to rebuild it While the turbo is away we'll throw the clutch in, do a service, timing belt and maybe upgrade the oil pump while we are in there. Mat and Tim blow gearboxes, I blow turbos
  16. Spotted XRB26X this morning on the GWHY
  17. Had the same problem a few months ago Took the intake pipes and vac lines off so the coilpacks could be changed, forgot to tighten up the clamps for the vac lines and they popped off/weren't sealed properly I think I may still have failed one of the plugs when this happened as I can still feel a very slight miss around the 3k mark
  18. A few early birthday presents for myself on tuesday. New coil packs as mine were starting to fail and also a new clutch Coil packs are in, clutch will go in in a few weeks or when I blow the current one. I was trying to blow it on wednesday at the creek but that didn't happen lol
