This is how my stock turbo was setup but now going to have to use a silicone joiner So I will do just after the joined but before the intercooler Right now my EBC gets reference from the stock gauge line

Product called "Night Shade" it can be purchased from super shit auto. Works a treat I have done it on one of my cars. Here is the link to it All you do is a light spray on the inside of the light covers. *emphasis on light coat* Let it dry and see what you think. Go another coat after it has had a good 20min to dry if you want darker -

Well I got a little side tracked and wired up my Z32 yesterday. Shane pulled the last bit of the turbo off because we had to borrow a 24mm socket. My stockie is out and today is gasket day/silicone joiner day. Just need one gasket for the bottom of the turbo where the oil out line goes. Then in it goes and im done! Also have to put the whole front of the car back on haha because I decided to pull the front bar off and spray it Plus clean the intercooler

Is there a certain way about doing it? Hot side or cold side of the intercooler When you say back over the turbo Troy do you mean just before the throttle body?

With the silicon joined can I just tap my boost controller into the metal after it? Not a huge problem having it 30cm from the turbo is it?

How are people connecting their intercooler piping to their turbo? My stock one had right angle elbow that was bolted to the turbo But the SS1PU doesn't have a spot to bolt me to my stock one to

Its inside the dump not on the outside. Where the gasket sits it is perfectly flush. I was just thinking with the air flowing down the exhaust and hitting bits of welding Might post a photo up once I get home I think it will explain better

A tad on/off topic I was wondering with my bell mouth dump. It has pretty dodgy welding as in really rough inside of the dump itself where they have modified it to be a bell mouth. Would it be worth it to get a grinder or something similar and get rid of the little pointy bits of welding?

All your doing is masking up a problem with your setup if there is one. (I could be wrong and the forged pistons in the test car makes it epic) Is it not possible to borrow a mates FMIC and dump pipe for a weekend? I pulled my dump and FMIC off in 2 hours or so and it was my first time with a mate helping.

Highly doubt this they have no reason to hide things. People have posted results close to test car so do you suggest they are hiding things?

Rusty haha the rear housing has already got surface rust. Anyone know if there is paint capable or handling the heat on it if I sprayed it black? It looks that it may not be a huge problem to fit but I should know by tonight.

Okay so guys I pulled off everything yesterday except for the 2 water lines and the bottom oil line. Didnt have the 24mm socket haha so I will be getting that today. Either the product I purchased (instant freeze stuff) is amazingly good at what it does. OR! The why who bolted up my turbo and dump pipe is very stupid! because we managed to unscrew my bolts to the turbo and to the manifold by hand! They didnt need to be cracked or anything haha
