Hey guys Car: r33 Gts-t Rb25 Just wondering what you think about the GT2860RS as a bolt on upgrade. Im running pretty much stock with an Exhaust and Fmic Also splitfire coils. Ecu hasnt been programed and im just looking for something more reliable then the stock turbo. I dont want it to blow up and stuff up my engine so im thinking the Disco potato would be a pretty nice little upgrade. Thanks

Spotted a white 34 in Fyshwick this afternoon. My mate lent out the window and told him to do a burnout haha he had a massive smile. Also spotted another white 34 on Monaro highway near Fyshwick yesterday afternoon.

Hey guys, So have been trying to get the car ready to go over the pits in the ACT. Doing so found that the turbo timer has been installed wrong and when you turn the timer off the car wont start. Also when you set the timer to 0.00 seconds it also wont start for some unknown reason. I tried to bypass the timer by hooking up the old ignition but again the car wont start. By not starting I mean it tries and tries to click over but never does. To top the night off I managed to break not just the needle on my boost gauge but also the pressure line going into it. So now I have a little line that hisses all the time and a boost gauge that doesnt work. THEN I decide f**k it ill put the 18inch wheels on and take it in for the the rego but then discover that the rims currently on it have anti stealing nuts! So I now need the tool for that to FML

Hey guys, So im stuck for ideas I tried pulling out the wiring harness and plugging the old black on in straight. The car tries to click over but just wont start. Here is a picture of what im looking at right now.

Tried to set it and the lowest it goes to is 0.10 seconds which is to long because if they turn it off in 1st gear its going to stall. Also tried turning the timer down to the setting of 0.00 without actually turning the device off and again the car wouldnt start. Can't find anything to do with the turbo timer stopping the car from turning on.

I will have to test that tomorrow but im pretty sure it only goes down to 10 seconds?

Hey guys, So I have to put the R33 in for a rego inspection on Thursday and the timer needs to be turned off for it to pass. Testing it today I turned the timer off and the car will not start with it off? Guessing it has a built in immobiliser but how do I stop this for it to pass rego with the timer off. Thanks for any help

Its a black 33 I will post some pics up once I get home from work. Any suggestions in how to hide the boost controller? its mounted just below the strut bar

Thanks for the replies guys. Would be great to borrow those rims and tires off you mate I will let you know and we can organise a time that suits you. Anyone know of any other good places for get the checks done? I am thinking about Gas tune in tugs because thats where the guy used to get the car serviced' Also does anyone know about ACT rules and boost controllers? Im going to make a box for the pod this weekend which should be good
