Got mine back from DVS this weekend. R34 GTT 2000 Model. E85 - 287rwkw Pump 98 - 256rwkw -ATR45SAT -Adaptronic ECU -Bosch 1000cc Injectors -Bosch E85 Fuel Pump -3" Exhaust -Highflow Cat -Stock Intake with highflow filter (This is a problem) -Blitz Return Flow (This is a problem) -Stock coils (Potential problem) The actuator was only holding 10psi before opening, had to use the boost controller to keep it shut to 20psi We tested the pressure before the intercooler and it was hitting 20psi and dropping to around 19psi. So looks like as always, the return flow is a problem as after cooler it was dropping to 16psi I'm also guessing the stock intake isn't helping with the flow either. Plan down the track is to swap out the intercooler with something better flowing and able to hold pressure. The stock intake will be replaced with a nice big intake and a pod, all enclosed and bracketed to make it legal.

Look to sell my set of New Bride Replica seats that I purchased a few years back in a group buy. Haven't installed them, just been stored like in my garage. They come with universal rails that will need drilling to probably fit. $600 ono Hit me up on here with a message if you're interested

Just read this while at work, such a quick build. That exhaust looks pimp! Can't wait to see what power it makes and see how it all sounds. -

Recomended Nistune Tuners In The Sydney Area?
Manuel Kasko replied to Rivet33's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Central coast area, http://dvstuning.com.au/ Tuned my R33 a few years back with a nistune and did an amazing job. Will be tuning my R34 once it's ready. Has a good rep around here as well -
Exciting!!

Import parts and mechanical, they do a lot of modified cars and I'm sure they would be fine with an inspection.

Check the fuses? Might have been one of those popping Is everything else working fine? (aircon if you have it, lights etc)

Will A R33gtst Radiator Fit Into A R34gtt?

Cheers, that saves me some money -
Looks very similar to my blitz return flow. I guess the way the end tank makes the 90 degree bend is different. Link might not work as it's from my FB but i'll chuck it in just incase. https://scontent.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/12654460_10153445823391483_8868087888444606538_n.jpg?oh=7abb373099ab59cf6e03d7841d5249cc&oe=585CF425 From what I have heard is people seem to think it's just the core of the blitz that is shit. I'll know in a few weeks if it's really that bad when mine goes in for a tune.

I remember my car took something like 6-9 months to be complied there a few years back, I constantly had to chase for updates and I was just kept in the dark with excuse after excuse. At one point I was accused by Todd that I had gone and dobbed them in because they had just been audited and that it was going to take even longer for my car to be ready due to this. First off I wouldn't have even know how to dob them in and also common sense would say that would just cause more issues for me. Picked the car up with some issues, in the end I had to get the car freighted down to Canberra because of these issues. I feel sorry for the guys who were the work horses behind the business because I know exactly what it's like working for a bad boss.

Just had a read over the whole thread, I ended up purchasing a ATR45SAT - Ball Bearing version from Tao. Did you end up sorting out the whole boost issue and lag? I saw in the thread that you found a few things, but never saw you say that it's completely fixed. Also how was the install of the turbo, did you do it yourself? I'm going to be installing it this weekend and I'm a little concerned about the fitting of the stock coolant hoses etc. I had issues with them last time I installed a hypergear into my R33. -
300Kw Unopened 25 Club...
Manuel Kasko replied to joeyjoejoejuniorshabadoo's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
So many places think they can tune and just seem to always f**k it up. Probably copied it from another tune and hit save. -
Stock engine can easily handle 250rwkw, been running the same power and 20psi in my R33 for like 4-5 years now. I wouldn't bother doing anything, save the time and money and just buy a neo engine or a stock Rb25. You will probably get the same answer from a lot more people.

So his tuner was just very conservative or does this just look like he had no idea? -
