  1. As I said Injectors will require a tune And cost a good $600+ If you were worried about spending $200 I would be just sticking to the basics
  2. With a budget build I wouldn't bother with injectors because they will require a tune The stuff you have listed will be fine without a tune as long as you make sure it's 10psi and no more. With a tune it would make a huge difference though. I went a walbro 255 as they are easy to fit and no expensive. Got mine for $200 including the install
  3. Normal tune $600-1500 depending on workshop. Tunable ECU is between the same $500-4000 depending on brand. Decent power depends on what you think is decent and again how much you can budget into it. Reliable power and low budget do not mix at all sorry to say
  4. Puts a lot of strain on the clutch so make sure you have a good one before doing this
  5. Diff has pretty much failed so no progress The kit is still sitting in its box at home

  9. Pretty annoyed they failed to give us any of that info at the SAU Nats. Been chasing them for ages. Whole reason I did it was to get some trap speeds and some times. All I currently have confirmed is my 800m time which doesn't do much for me

  15. From my understand they told me they pulled the box out and changed the thrust bearing. They didn't change the spigot.. Is the spigot behind the casing? What internal bearings are there?
  16. I might change it again but I would have been done when they did the clutch. Which was about 3 months back
  17. I went down the coast for aus day. Left last night and it took me 2 hours lol with only 5 cars I saw on the road. Epic win
  18. Hey guys, So a few months back I had a grinding metal on metal noise come from my clutch when pushing it to the floor. Gearbox was pulled out, cleaned, thrust bearing replaced and the noise dissapeared until now! It's returned. So the noise comes when pressing the clutch pedal to the floor. It's a metal on metal noise not the normal bearing noise from a thrust bearing. The noise happens when first driving the car and after heating it up and driving around for a while it stops. Anther thing to note is you can feel the grinding in my gearstick when changing gears as well as in the foot pedal. Ideas?

  21. Hey dude! I just started in the new iinet induction team. Worked for iinet previously so this training is simple lol Nice looking car you got there! I hope to fark someone doesn't key my car because I'll go mental!! Love your front bar I was trying to work out if it's stock or not. Took a photo today actually lol
