Going to try and improve on my results and sort out my issues once I get back into work. It's been ages and I'm still happy with how it drives but I feel something is holding my SS1PU back with it making 250rwkw @20psi The WMI will help with the heat issue but before doing that I was going to check my whole exhaust and actually see what size it is throughout. Making sure the exhaust isn't the issue then I guess I'll have to move onto my intercooler. Anyone heard of a 'Hybrid intercooler'? I must be lucky because it also says its limited edition haha Most probably something cheap and this could be why I need 20psi to produce the same power as people running 16psi such as birds results. Stao has given me some good advice to check the boost reading before and after the intercooler to see if it is losing pressure or anything. I haven't had the time or money to go source new intercooler pipes to chuck a nipple on and a boost gauge yet. Time will tell

Chances are they mean the grab point is higher then usual which can mean the clutch is wearing out. Have you noticed the friction point on the clutch has changed?

Yeah weird sound there If it made it while just idling then it would be the thrust but that noise is just as it grabs. Dropping it in 2nd puts a shit load of pressure on everything so I would suggest not doing that again dude. Only the hardcore drag racers with really quality clutches and lots of power do it Still as I said in the end your going to have to take the gearbox out and inspect. It's to hard to diagnose over the Internet. I had trouble with my clutch and I had to bite the bullet and pull it out.

Don't drive it anymore! Pull the gearbox out and check it No matter how this goes The gearbox is going to have to come out So maybe if it's an old clutch you can upgrade at the same time to save costs
