  4. meh im bored, and its pretty hot..
  5. Police powers and Responsibilities act keeps getting changed, but not in the area's you'd be worried about. Its pretty big so your better off just looking at sections. I can summarise it for you if you want....the police were the ones to create this act and they drafted it for parliment. Short story, they get to do pretty much anything they want and you have to contest or sue if you dont like it, however the law is usually not in your favour. Second the l/p plate changes are on the site below, they have been approved and are coming to qld. http://www.transport.qld.gov.au/qt/LTASinf...ers_diagram.pdf

  10. This was one of the guys of the www.sunshinecoastcruising.com forum....his car was, from what ive read on there pushing out around 400hp with a big single....no real details of the engine that I could find without looking properly. The police have no idea what "hooning" even is they just classify it as driving in anything modified now, its rediculous but thats how it is and this type of thing only reinforces the distorted image they already have of the modified car scene.
  11. sh*t he must have been carrying a bit of speed....this will do wonders for the image of imports and the general car scene on the coast. Cant wait to see it on the news tomorrow, I think I can already guess the story!
  12. I think i might go to bed too, night eveyone.
  13. night..
  14. 2.7 track car Endless style with no budget, Id say it wasnt exceptionally laggy otherwise it would have been useless around a circuit. I did have a dyno on it but I lost it ages ago....im just looking through random old pics being teased by the power that is oh so far away from what I have atm.
  15. Big twins is proven for both drag and track I guess thats the appeal I always liked, Endless use that configuration for their track cars and as do a lot of companies use them for drag cars (and they run consistently good times) I suppose 2835's are probably more suited to track work though. Depends on how much your going to build the engine as well, I suppose. Turbo configuration will always depend on the engine its going onto.

  20. i was once going to go down that road but just got over it, where does it end when you start doing that...but Im having a relapse and now wish I had never moved on. When I finally do a 1/2j conversion i'll be cured..too bad it may be a while. I'll just freeload in everyones cars on here until then, although everyone that used to frequent here is never on nowadays and everyone who still does has moved on to different cars....lifes tough.
  21. im sure its on his dyno sheets on the last page but i cbf looking back....
  22. what workshop does konrad (Isaac) take his car to anyway?
  23. lol your rb26 obsessed, however it would have been better if it were. Although the turbo would have been to small imo. Regardless 26 or 25 it was still fun.
  24. me misses the fun....
