hope u dont mind firefrog but ive organised something to follow on from your thing at bwcp...as it im sure you'll notice on saturday it gets pretty boring there and after you do one lap of cavill your pretty much over it (because it takes about 1/2 an hour), so I have come up with a cruise for afterwards. I was going to organise something for this week anyway, you however beat me too it in a way with this r34 thing, so if you guys want to continue along with myself and the rest of the guys who come, it should make it even better. OMG MAX EXCITEMENT CRUISE!!!!! THIS SATURDAY 12th MARCH Ok ladies and gentleman, i lose my license in (well yea ok so i havent paid the fine yet but times running slim so its gonna be in the coming week or so) So I feel its time for one last decent cruise. There have been a few pretty good ones organised to date..(the NSW one comes to mind) so I have decided to run this one in conjunciton with Firefrog's 34 cruise this saturday. I know that many of you have problems with meeting at BWCP and I feel your pain....so either stop whinging and go there or meet at the mobil next to pacific fair shopping centre The details of the cruise are available in mild detail via pm if your desperate to know, however all things will be made clear upon the night. UHF's will be an almost must and if you have a street directory it may help...although its not essential. Meet Place #1: BWCP 8.30 - 9.00....(PARK END OPPOSITE TO THE POOL END....WHICH IS THE END CLOSER TO SURFERS NOT SOUTHPORT...look for my car 33NIZ) yes, i know the time is early and no i dont want you to try and come later, its because there are a heaps of cars in the carpark later on and i dont know how you'll find us if your late! We will hang around the car park for a while then once it gets old (which probly wont take to long) We shall depart for..... Meet Place #2: The mobil Servo next to Pacific Fair shopping centre 10:00 - 10:30! This is for the ppl that are totally non-bwcp. We shall meet there and obtain the rest of the group and continue down the road to a destination for fuel, small drinks and candy for the road... i'll cyas at broady...i have more than a few places that we could go down around gold coast area....and some half way to brisbane etc as well...it will be one of my last cruises before i lose my licence and sell my car so I want to make it memorable! Everyone come, not just 34 owners....if you dont want to go to bwcp as I know many of you hate it pm me and ill meet you on my way out to the alternate run after bwcp!!! sounds like youve been watching the fast and the furious lol......Granny shifting in essence is changing gears slowly, as for double clutching improving 1/4 times id say no...if anything it would probably make them slower as it would take longer to change than say flat shifting although this may cause wheel sping depending on the cars power. As for your syncros it is much easier on them if you heel toe (rev match) and or double clutch on high rev downshifts, its probably easier on them for up shifts as well but there will be no time benifit to it...afaik.

yea coke from maccas has done it to me before.....the centre console "drink holder" is to large for a large coke dammit....but yea its never posed a large problem always cleaned up ok

sell it, start with a stock heavy duty, you dont need a twin plate at this stage anyway....although if you did want to use it (and it would be overkill) it wouldnt be as hard to use as you are probably thinking. You could get use to it....just means you'll either stall or spin the wheels alot. IMO though i stick to saying sell it, you dont need it for its purpose and it will only cause extra problems.

there is no particular model that is suited to a 34...you can get whichever you so desire. I have a HKS mushroom pod which I like, but apexi, trust etc will all do the same job and provide the "turbo spooling" sound.

Hey everyone, I know this is a weird request but bear with me. Anyone who has a trust front bar would it be possible for you to measure from the top of your bar (where it connects at the gaurd) to the bottom of the bar. I need to know how low it would sit and this seems to be the only way. Thanks in advance, Matt
