    Better off with the hand controller for easy tuning, you will have to get a workshop to tune it, there is alot of things on the pfc that have to be tuned and if your buying it, you may as well have it doing its job, making your car run better. It will more than likely be dyno tuned which may cost a bit of money but the results are worth it.

    There are certain ways to get out of fines, all depends on how a police officer conducts himself in giving you a fine etc..but like i said if you got done on a camera your in a bit of trouble

    You cant get out of a fine because of wrong details especially if he had his partner with him! Things can get easier to get out of if he was 1) Without his partner or 2) Not on duty. You may want to look at something else as a defense, if you werent doing that speed use that, did they radar you and show you your speed on the gun? Or did you get done on a camera? If you got done on camera chances are very very slim you'll get out of it!

    mine is the same, the r33 cap on my car has holes on it if you detatch the cap part from the screw in part...(lol hard to explain) There are holes in the screw in part which i imagine vent out pressure, why I dont know, you can buy new ones from workshops or websites though and im sure it will fix your problem.
