I would think that there was a calculation done to account for the fact that it was done in 3rd and not 4th. There was no doubt a good reason for this! Mindflux, a cars power isnt determined by the top gear at top rpm! by the sounds of things thats what you thought...by saying it only got to 3rd....

dunno but the 33 ones have 3 wires, im looking at my old one right now, I got a second hand one for like $80 from a workshop up here i know...check around you'll find one easy, they have heaps of them lying around! -

Yea you can buy new ones for like ummmm around 150 i think but dont quote me! You can get second hand ones easily from workshops around the place usually like 80 or so not that expensive just make sure its ok before you buy it! -

I have a stock electic one as well, it too has chromies dunno the size....clocked it doing 33km/h (down a hill)

I have an r33 GTST with an safc, your looking around $110 an hour on the dyno + wateva you organise with the workshop for tuning, usually on the dyno for around 1 or 2 hours give or take depending on the car. Get i professionally tuned dont stuff around with it yourself, if the car runs lean you'll get detonation and you dont want that!!

im hoping so.....I havent changed it since i bought it so hopefully thats the problem.

It has come to my attention through the means of others that my car is more often than not, only spinning one wheel instead of the usual two. The oil hasnt been changed for some time and im wondering whether it may by due to this or the fact that the diff in question is in trouble.... BTW its a series 2 GTST
