since when did Marc change his name to Andy. That bar looks good but you'd have to cut the centre piece out. Otherwise the bars look too busy and clustered and generally dodgy.
He doesn't have a gtr front bar so I don't like his chances of attaching a gtr lip. I personally don't like S1 front bars but hey, its all personal preference. If i were you i'd get a Jun or topsecret front bar.
there are a million front bars that you'd probably like and your car isn't lowered anyway, is it? But yes, there are lips you can get, but clean aftermarket bars look better.
Correct. However sometimes their jurisdiction doesn't apply, such as on your own private property you can drive a car as you wish, however you cannot do this in public shopping centre carparks etc.

slow turnaround is usually a common price paid for good work from busy workshops....as long as it's not rediculous I suppose......if the end result is worth it.
Built that ages ago though....and they've built heaps of tough cars prior to that. I've never been there or anything but on the face of it they must be half alright.
