  1. Hey mate, I just bought your old black R32 shell off Daniel and I was wondering if you would have the import papers by any chance?

  2. *Stupid double post*
  3. That's alright, thanks anyway. I'll tell him to have a look, seems like there were quite a few people out there taking pics which is good.
  4. Awesome work Peter! I'm sure it has helped somewhat with your driving but even if it hasn't you're still winning.
  5. Were looking good out there mate, you were getting some good entries into turn 1. I reckon Project Mu shoes would be the go, that's what Peter has in his 33 and he reckons its nearly as good as a hydro.
  6. Nah that's alright, it seemed like it was a pretty flat out day for everyone. Thanks, yeah we're pretty happy to finally get moving with it, it gets a bit depressing seeing the car just sitting there every day. It will be a bit of work to get it to the stage we want but we will just skid it in the meantime once the engine etc. is in.
  7. Looked good out there Damo, your 32 is awesome! Also thanks again for the sway bar. Hey Brian, did you manage to get any good pics of a grey R31, car #49, it is a mates and I'm sure he'd love to see them.
  8. Love your car mate, can't wait to see it hooking around Baskerville!
  9. I'm after an R32 2 door rolling shell, must be straight structurally but may consider one with light panel damage or missing panels. If you have/know/hear of one please send me a PM, would be much appreciated. Cheers, Michael
  10. Maximum limiter action, loves it! Looked good out there mate.
  11. A lot more entrants for privateer class then I was expecting!
  12. Yeah that's the license you need, Peter was saying he doesn't think you need to include a photo, but I'm pretty sure you do Peter. I had to when I applied for mine a few months ago.
  13. Aren't the new ones white anyway? Just bang them on for ADGP and get them painted later
  14. Yeah ideally we would have liked to go a little more but we had a 1.4mm shim available to us, it had 1.4 and 0.8mm already in there so we just replaced the 0.8 with another 1.4mm. It had only just started to one wheel a bit so I reckon this should be enough.
  15. Diff came out Thursday night, shimmed it up Friday and went back in today. It had 2.2mm preload already, upped that to about 2.8mm. Haven't taken it for a test drive yet, will probably go for a quick squirt tonight.
  16. Thanks for the reply Dave, I've saved your number and I'll definitely give you a bell for a quote when I'm after some new tyres
  17. Thanks for the reply Damo that has helped a lot, certainly gives me something to think about, now I just need to decide whether I want to risk getting a flat spot on semi's!
  18. Thanks for the replies. I reckon we'll just shim it up and see how it goes, its cheap so if we don't like it we can always look at other options and we're not really out of pocket. We're thinking of giving it about 3mm of preload as well. The only reason I was thinking of running semi's on the front is because we already have some Dunlop 03G's, otherwise I probably wouldn't bother. I was wondering initially if they would have trouble getting up to temp but after thinking about it, from the couple of times I've been to Baskerville they seemed to work OK from cold. I guess the main thing I'm concerned about is how quickly they will wear, so how much do fronts wear when drifting?
  19. I've got a few questions if anyone can help. First is...our diff in the R32 is start to single peg occasionally so we are thinking of shimming it up, however I was wondering how it will effect handling for normal circuit work (not drifting). I've read that it will cause understeer on initial turn in, but just wondering how bad is it and do the pros outweigh the cons? Also, on a different subject, is it worth having semi slicks on the front for drifting?
  20. Oh ok cool, I didn't realise you could use the hand controller in that way. Definitely sounds like you can save a fair bit of money with the right tools and knowledge!
  21. Awesome to hear you're making progress! This is showing my ignorance, but just out of curiosity how did you setup the bench test for the ECU?
  22. Nice one Peter. I love the incar videos, its cool seeing what lines others take, driving style etc.
  23. Jebus, it was fairly close then
  24. Nice! And do you know what the winning time was?
  25. What time did you do?
