  1. How much would you want for the RWD RB20 sump and pickup? Also, would you be willing to post to Tassie?
  2. Well done mate, great pics there too. You should put up some of your GoPro footage. So annoyed I couldn't make it, hopefully there's another one soon!
  3. Awesome, thanks for the reply mate
  4. I know its a bit late but do you have to join the LCCT to participate, cos on the calender it was down as Club Day Supersprint. I'm already a member of HSCC and don't really want to have to join another. Also is Supersprint basically just time attack? I watched it at Baskerville a couple of weeks ago and was a bit confused because they were using the starting grid and starting all the cars at once.
  5. Looking good Rowan, good to see you signed up
  6. You will love them, they make a fair bit of difference. Just make sure you warm them up properly before trying to break any records
  7. Don't think its been decided yet, or announced at least. Source: http://smh.drive.com.au/motor-news/nissan-to-join-v8-supercars-20120208-1req7.html The above is a guess at best. There's supposed to be an official announcement tomorrow so maybe it will be revealed then.
  8. I dunno if this is the best place...but here's the sup regs for Test and Tune day on Feb. 12th if anyone is interested: http://hobartsportingcarclub.org/pdf/2012/FEB%202012%20TEST%20&%20TUNE%20SUPP%20REGS.pdf
  9. Ah ok I understand now
  10. You sure he won't need the RB25 on the plate as well? I had to for mine.. Ah well I guess they'll soon tell him once he submits the modification application form.
  11. According to the DIER website it has to be taken to an AIS for inspection so I would assume normal roadworthy conditions apply.
  12. That is filthy zoid!! Love a good VLT dose!
  13. I've always wondered if the poor condition of the roads is the reason they took the stages around Hobart out of the main Targa event. I drove down the first bit of the Longley stage this morning and yeah...its bit embarrassing. Has the potential to be an awesome road.
  14. Here's a nice shot a mate took...I think its Scott aka marinetowing here on the forums?
  15. Ok wicked! Thanks
  16. Do you know if you can you apply for an L2S licence on the day?
  17. If you're happy to spend the time/money then SI rego would be well worth it, it would make things so much easier. If I were you I'd start making enquiries about getting a mod plate first, as Toffy said, because without that you won't get any sort of rego. Someone already mentioned Stephen Caplice, he did the report for mine for the RB25, he would probably be able to give you some more info. on getting the SI rego as well.
  18. Shit yeah nice work Jay, that will be a weapon! When you hoping to have it ready for the track? Regarding the SI rego. have a look here transport.tas.gov.au/registration_information_tas/conditional__special_interest_vehicle_registration For any sort of rego. you will have to get the modifications engineered before an AIS will do a roadworthy. If you want any more info. on getting it engineered I can help to some degree, or at least point you in the right direction.
  19. I reckon that was Toby's girlfriend, its got an RB25, I think the conversion was done by Shaw Performance
  20. Hahah, I'm going to be a millionaire!!
  21. I might start my own business, sounds like there's a niche in the market for a pizza shop that also provides a BJ upon delivery of your pizza...
  22. Haha thanks man! Yeah I can feel the addiction starting already, which I'm a bit worried about actually as I'm supposed to be saving my money at the moment as I'm going to Uni this year :S
  23. Yeah that's fine, I was planning on getting one anyway
  24. Do you know if CAMS licence will be required?
