C'mon folks don't be scared to throw a reasonable offer out there.

Price drop to $10,000 neat! Need this to go soon for my trip OS. I will need a cheap runabout car or bike for when I come back home so I may be interested in a part cash part car/bike deal, I don't want a car/bike over the value of $2,000 though as I need mostly cash for my trip. If anyone wants to ask any further questions about the car or has any offers feel free to pm or call (leave a MSG or text if I don't answer and I'll get back to you ASAP). Cheers guys. Aaron

My car is also advertised on eBay (same pic as the first one on here), I went a bit more in depth with that add so take a look there if you want.

Hi folks, so my car is going up for sale. Its a white 1998 model Skyline R34 GT-T, 2.5litre NEO straight 6 turbo, Coupe, Semi-Automatic, excellent condition inside and out, no mechanical issues, body is very straight, paint is very good, few little nicks and scratches here or there which is to be expected with a car of this age but nothing noticeable, no rust, interior is very tidy, no rips/tears. very reliable, good solid example of an R34. 203,000km's. I have the logbook and car manual from japan too. Asking price is $10,500 *18 inch rims and two new tyres, other two will be replaced if they do not pass the roady. *Tinted windows. *3 inch mild steel exhaust from turbo back and K&N pod filter. *Lowered about an inch, still very practical to drive. *Strut brace. *Jvc mp3 head unit. Other than these mods the car is stock standard, boost has not been altered, nothing has been messed around with. Car has QLD rego til16/08/12, I will be providing a roadworthy/safety slip upon sale. Everything works as it should and all the instruments read normal, temps, pressure etc. The car has been carefully maintained, im a mature owner, not a hoon. Car has a clear title and nothing owing on it. Im happy to ship the car interstate but it will be at the buyers expense and the money will need to be cleared first. if you would like to take a look at it thats fine,I live just off the southern end of the Gold Coast in Kingscliff, I work long hours though so it would have to be after about 7pm, any night is ok. I cannot usually answer the phone at work so please text or leave a voicemail and ill return your call asap,or you can just pm me on here. My name is Aaron ph - 0414 660 938 email - [email protected] Cheers.

Hi folks, just a quick question, I recently had a shocker while fishing in salt water and forgot my electronic key for my R34 was in my pocket! When I realised the damage was already done, I opened it up a few days later and it did not look good! I took it to a mister minute in my local shopping centre and they had a look to see if it was fixable but the inside was so corroded and there opinion was that it was screwed. Does anyone have any idea if this could be fixed and if not how would I go about getting a replacement electronic key? Would Nissan still supply? If not what other options? Any idea on cost? Any info would be very much appreciated. Cheers. Aaron

Thanks heaps guys, I may steer clear of the engine degreaser and trans fluid then and just do the oil change and filter. Thanks for all the good info!

Hi folks, I recently had an accident and destroyed the front bar on my R34 GTT, I managed to find another factory front bar for it and have put it on but then realised that the non turbo bar does not have the cutout gills on the side for the intercooler to get the air flow, is this going to be a problem??? Any info on this situation would be much appreciated. Cheers. Aaron

Hi folks, just a couple of questions, I'm looking to do a complete oil change and filter change on my 1998 R34 GTT, I just wanted to find out how many litres of oil I'll need to refill and maybe a few recommendations on which oil to use? I have a budget of about $100 all up for oil and filter so I guess the best products you guys could recommend within that budget. I was also told that you could buy an engine degreaser type liquid that I could mix in with the old oil and run the car for ten mins or so then dump it all out which would clean out the insides a bit. Does this stuff exist? Would you guys recommend doing that? And what's it called? Finally I would like to do a transmission oil change as well, could someone explain what's involved there? Sorry for all the questions but I am a newby so I figure it's better to ask first than screw something up! Any info would be greatly appreciated Cheers. Aaron

Hi folks, I have been hunting around for a front bar for my 1998 R34 GTT. I've been looking for a standard factory bar but have had not luck at all (tried the wanted forum here and i've rung all my local wreckers etc) sooo Im wondering if anyone knows of any decent places on the gold coast or brisbane that deal in skyline bodykits? I guess if I can't get a factory bar i'll have to settle for an aftermarket one, I will hopefully be able to find one that looks similar to the original. Any info on a decent aftermarket dealer, price etc would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Aaron

Hey folks, I am looking for a R34 GTT front bumper bar, just the standard oem bar, want to find one in white if possible. I live on the Gold Coast, I am willing to travel a couple of hours to get it or if further away I will pay for freight. If anyone has one of these please let me know, price, condition, pickup from or freight costs. Thanks heaps. Aaron

ok got ya. I guess it was good to get the exhaust and intake outta the way first as in standard form they are pretty restrictive so one good thing is the car is breathing a bit better now. What would you advise to do next? keeping in mind I don't have a huge budget! I can probably afford to spend $1000. Thanks for the help -
Mild Steel Or Stainless Exhaust System

Thanks for all the info lads. I got my exhaust today, 3" mild steel turbo back but with a stainless dump, cat and muffler. It did end up costing me $1,100 fitted but i'm happy! It's got a nice sound but not to loud and no droning in the ears, when you really put the foot down it sounds very nice but just cruising is pretty mild so that's good as it's not attracting police attention! got a k&n pod filter done aswell which sounds great but I need to make up some sort of heat shield for it. Only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of performance increase.. I wasn't expecting much but to be honest I don't think I can notice anything??? Do I need to be getting these mods dyno tuned in or no need to worry? sorry I'm pretty new to the car scene so I'm still learning. -
