There's no real way they can check it apart from taking it out of the system, and that's really suprise me if they did. But then again I'm in Vic so not really sure how tough they are. -
Viva Garage is hit and miss, some is good while some is plain crap. But what would you expect? Basically all 'copy' kits will require trimming, fitting and modifying to fit. Some more than others. There's been heaps of threads on it, but unless you're going to import a genuine kit than don't expect it to be an off the shelf fit, even of someone else's was.

Yeah for sure mate, I'd say any 'blackening' product would work pretty well on it. Sounds stupid but have you tried toothpaste at all? I've used it a few times on scuffs and it's worked super well. You could even try using that, buffing, then a blackening product to get it looking schmick Turtle wax swirl remover isn't bad either, can't remember if that can be used on rubber though.

Tyre blackener works surprisingly well too. So does the product that's used on dashes etc, can't remember the name though.

Yeah I know, I'm going to ring up see if I can just sign a stat dec. saying she can do it without me there. It wasn't even my dog it lived with her but she was 17 and I was 18 so did it for her, this was about 4 years ago now too. Bitches be fckd in the head.

Lost my shit at this. Got a message from my ex today about her dog. Seems that the microchip is still registered to my address. Requires both of us to go to the council and sign it over. Haven't spoken to her in two years and she wants to be civil after smashing my windscreen and knocking my mirror off. Get effed.

That sucks though, didn't realize the car was up for sale. Hopefully it can (possibly) be sorte through insurance.
