Short answer.... Change your tuner asap. There are plenty of cars, Australia wide, including mine, that run on D-Jetro setups using the std throttles. There must be an underlying issue with the car that needs to be attended to. Only then will you have a starting point to tune the ecu. Out of interest, where did you install the MAP sensors?

650hp and no track time!?! That's a waste of a car. If it's street only go with the bilsteins in the group buy and save yourself a packet. You'll need the extra dough for that engine

They probably can't give you personal details but may be able to offer so help in the situation. Failing that, and only at the last resort, do you have a surname and/or bank details? Do you know if parts for these boxes are available in Australia? I've heard horror stories about having to ship OSG seq. boxes back to Japan for rebuilding. That being said let us know more on the condition once you find out. Might be interested.

FAIL! Plenty of strong engines out there using the std rods. That are actually quite good and can support those power levels quite easily.

Keep in mind that there will always be dramas, big and small, when rebuilding / refitting an engine. Do you really want to have the person that built it on the opposite side of the country if something goes tits up?

Any news on the 33 Darren? I'm interested to see how it goes as it has a very similar engine setup to mine (less the dry sump!)

Are you sure? I have the 34 GTR wheels on mine and was using the std 32 nuts for some time. I then got some rays nuts but for no other reason than to have them.
