  2. Im after a pair of front R32 GTST slotted rotors. pm me a quote.. how much approx is shipping going to be? can they be ordered in blanks? because I need 4x114.3. I can get them redrilled easily enough but blanks would be nice.
  3. so ahh.. when do all the images that were in the gallery a year ago reappear?
  4. evening fellas im having a crack at making a pair of length adjustable lower control arms for the front, and im wondering if anyone else has done anything similar. the design itself is pretty straightforward, however im a bit lost on where I can get rose joints, fat high tensile adjustment bolts and nuts ect. anyone (in brisbane mainly) know where i can get some, or better yet, a catalouge on these? Ive had a read of some general industrial parts supplies catalouges but they are pretty slim in this area. these are r31/s13/r32 style lower arms
  5. back to boostcruising you go

  8. I would be interested is hadnt JUST bought a pair of nail scissors! oh well, scissors are superior anyway due to their more accurate cutting of nails, and they hold their value better

  11. dont bother with the stock aussie non floating intergrated hub brakes- they are shit. get yourself a set of GTS/HR31 front struts or a full s13 front end, then you can use the later model 100mm spacing calipers.. r33, r32, z32 ect. obvioulsy if your using a 5 stud rotor it wont fit, so you can either get it redrilled to the 4 stud pattern or use s14 hubs (if your using s13 gear) apparently Z31 5 stud hubs fit the HR31 stub axles but I dont know for certain. another alternative is to use brakes that are already 4 stud, such as r33 non turbo.
  12. you wont have much luck with the rear, not enough metal to roll out and theres the join in the body, and of course the doors. let us know what you do end up doing though..
  13. i have some chunks of xr6t cylinderwall/rod/piston in my bedroom
  14. thats sweet! I wonder how reliable they are and what their lifespan is
  15. mah the shit stirrer bitch had her ever so witty post removed and all the rebutalls went with it in the end- as a r31 owner, I can only dream that my car will be as fast as the ultimate in road cars- a R32 GTST.
  16. keep in mind that this conversion was only completed a few days ago and the timing belt only has a couple of hundered kays on it

    Wtf

I think youll find that 90% of the time they know 6 tenths of f**k all about skylines or cars in general A mate of mine got bottled by some drunk wankers in a magna (this was after a custom paintjob too) but didnt see the rego so they got away with it.
  22. I got mine at coleman tyres on boundry road, I regret it now because I payed 60 bucks each for a pair of 90% tread no name 195 14s. f**k that, not going there again. just wait till the drift shops get some in stock.
  23. drift battle is my favourite mag too, mainly because ther cars arent top dollar blang blang machines like the HPI cover cars, and they also have alot more cheap DIY articles like flaring guards or installing a hydo handbrake. HPI tech articles are either how to not run too much boost or a thiny disguised otomoto catalouge. I still like it but its no where near as good as it used to be. the majorety of the jap feature cars are top level ones, whcih is good but seeing ones that youve never seen before is alot better. anyone else noticed that HPI seem to be liking R31s alot lately? 3 issues in a row there have been import 2 doors (none of which are from the r31 club) yet the author always seems to talk down the r31 saying how old and dated it is, but how the owner has done such a spectaculor job of bringing it into the new century by putting some ghey rims on it or painting the dashboard marble pattern. I like zoom but really havent ever got around to getting a sunscription lol. maybe ill get that instead of hpi next time..
  24. what about in the western suburbs?
