  1. I agree...... for science!
  2. Thanks, sorry didn't mean to hassle. Just wanted to know if everyone was having the problem or just a select few. Will wait
  3. Thanks for the help
  4. lol sorry what? Are you recommending to buy another one and paint it black? Sounded like you said justjap ones are good, but also to buy another one :s
  5. Well i don't plan on jumping into crazy engine mods anytime soon, so something small like the return flow one will be good for now, just wondering if the one from just jap is actually a decent intercooler, or should i not waste my money on it? I want to get at least 200kw within the next year, so will the smaller one be too small, or a good size? cheers for the info
  6. any recommendations on a good kit? I want it as a support mod before anything major gets done to my engine.
  7. I want it black so you can't really see it, and to match the black of my black car.
  8. I'm looking to buy a black FMIC, however I'm not too sure what a good brand/quality to look for. The only one I could find from my short search is from just jap Cooling pro stealth series (black edition). Can anyone verify if this is a good FMIC for my r34 GTT, or can recommend a better one? Looking for one price range between $400-700. Cheers!
  9. cheers guys, will take that advice on board. By dieting, i didn't mean like... eating leaves and stuff. I meant eating clean, right calories, high protein etc.
  10. same here, can't upload anything.
  11. oops double post lol
  12. Love seeing progress shots. When things start to go slow and plateau (like i am now ), seeing progress shots boost motivation levels through the roof! Anyways back on topic lol: First week of shred after gauining 8kg (i'm an ectomorph so hard to gain weight lol) Lacking back definition: About 2 or 3 weeks later..i think: Dieting has been up and down for me, but im whipping myself to get some ab definition before the year is up lol.
  13. wow 11k? sounds even more dodgy. haha, but keep hunting one down I got mine for a bargain at 14.5k, and like i said it only had minor aesthetic faults.
  14. When i bought my 34, I made sure to do a lot of research prior. I got state roads to check it out before i bought it with minor aesthetic faults. how did you go with this car OP? did you end up buying it? I also found mine from an ad on gumtree, didn't know how reliable it was, but im happy with it My old car (kia rio lols) wasn't looked after very well *shame on me* but then again it was my first car and i really had an "i dont care" attitude haha. just something from A to B. But getting my 34 (almost dream car....dream car being the r34 GTR) i wasn't going to skimp it cheap. 98 premium all the time (i tried 95 but the drive felt crap), fluids changed regularly etc. Expensive being on a student budget, but worth it
  15. I didn't take a before/after pic because i was ceebs, BUT i used the brasso thing on my muffler and exhaust tip, and DAMN i didn't realise i could just use my exhaust as a mirror lol. works awesome as a metal cleaner (not stainless steel though)
  16. hmmm alright no worries. goodluck with the sale
  17. this won't fit directly onto a GTT will it?
  18. I'm going to assume they're pretty accurate Brad. Like you said, they wouldn't jeopardise their product with something that won't show an accurate (or more accurate than stock) reading. This might be a very stupid question, but I'm going to ask anyway lol. I've read around that people test the accuracy of their gauge by using an air compressor. I don't have an air compressor, but would I be able to use one of those free air hoses at petrol stations to test my gauge?
  19. looks like i'm going to need to find someone with a good gauge then
  20. so, i bought a cheapo gauge from ebay last week. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/400336875504?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 how would i be able to tell if it's going to be more accurate than the stock gauge or not? Also has the same style mount you just linked Johnny
  21. waiting for my gauge to come in now.. Hethrow, if you've installed yours already following the photo i put up, could you let us know if it all works? Cheers!
  22. thanks for the help will update how i go on it when i get the time. If you don't hear from me in the next few months, then my car exploded and tune into channel 7 news LOL.
  23. ok, so im 99% sure this is right now lol. I take the line i've outlined in red out of the sensor (circled in blue). Hook the T up to that, another tube back to the sensor and then the vac line from the gauge to the other end of the T. Correct me if i'm wrong.
