So we had a cruise up north today with the Newcastle guys Unfortunately ( or fortunately ) depending on your point of view not many turned up There was myself, Benji, J-Rad and Matt who turned up at the servo, Anthony couldn't make it as his car wouldn't start for some reason, hope you get it sorted easily mate Had a nice well behaved drive up the highway with the official newcastle photographer getting plenty of rolling shots of the cars then onto Wotten Way, Man that is a great bit of road just a little to much debris for my liking with all the leaves etc but shows just how little use the road gets nowadays After a run up Wotten and back we did a quick drive along the start of the lakes way and back again Was s fun day with great weather and great roads, I think next time we do this run we should advertise it better as my original post did suck balls. Oh and the best part of the day was when we were at the pub and Benji did admit that yes indeed he is a tool But enough rambling bring on the pics

Dunno Just be a small group of mates going for a drive or could get a lot of cars who knows till the morning

Can't edit first post so will add it here instead Drove the lakes way the other day in the truck and the start is in good condition save for a very short stretch of road that is rough in the truck but would be okay in the cars. Hillclimb sections are perfect with a nice turn around area just after the second descent with lots of room for all the cars Just thought I would let you all know if anyone is keen for a detour to the cruise on the day

SlackEdit If you're not working Sunday rotors are a half hour job tops could have it done in no time with a few helpers

Yeah would be good for a few more on the cruise but will see what happens Can work out an alternate plan if needed on Friday

What Ruxis said I find carbi cleaner is great but don't use on a hot engine or while running 10klms a litre is good economy that's about what mine gets and it's got 100 kw or so less than yours

Yeah will have to do something with Ringwood If you check the website the track extensions are all but done so will have to rip some skids Ill bring my go kart and beat J-Rads go kart for you

It's been a while but it's cruise time again This time we will be heading north to Buladelah and taking a left to travel Wotten Way and back to the pub for lunch Will be a leisurly drive north with plenty of chances to get some rolling shots of the cars etc Meet at the BP at the end of the F3 from 9:00 for a 9:30 departure just bring a full tank of fuel As with the other cruises we will be the most friendly well behaved group of drivers on the road and any bad behaviour will be reported to the police

Okay then up and back with a feed at Buladelah it is then How's the 16th July sound? Ill suss out the pub situation for a feed tonight or tomorrow

Not much further north is Coolonglook with s roadhouse then Nabiac then Foster Probably just turn around for a pub lunch at Buladealah if no one wants to go any further north

Good point re the rims and tyres Ill have to check race calendar but will set a firm date for whatever weekend is free in June Up Wotten way to the end grab some roadhouse food and back again how's that sound
