Brakes Hard When Car Off, Soft When On
FLUID replied to FLUID's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
I too am a bit OCD about others working on my car (I also recently painted the calipers). A friend from Holden suggested (and says they do this at work) to bleed from the ABS lines? Basically disconnect the ABS, pump as per usual, crack a line on the ABS and tighten back up. I'll try that and see if I incur any positive results. If that method doesn't work, I'll take it to a shop (when I've actually acquired enough funds) Thanks for the help guys -

They are definitely on the correct side, "L" on the left and "R" on the right (drivers side). -

Tried your method Sinister, but not luck. Brakes are functional but not where near ideal. I'm going to try and source the Motive power bleeder and try that, I will do some research but any ideas of a stockist in Sydney of the Motive products? -

If I were to get the Motive power bleeder, do I bleed with the car on so the ABS is active? -

Okay yes, while the car is on and stationery I pump the brake a few times, then hold, and it becomes stiff, then sinks almost to the floor. I haven't road tested as yet, but I am almost positive it doesn't feel right. Will try to take it to a shop tomorrow or I will purchase a motive power bleeder. Thanks for the help guys. -

Genuine Bride Seat Rails
FLUID replied to FLUID's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
TTT The rail came off a bride gias carbon fibre Low max 2 seat. Price drop $200 firm. -
If you have your stock setup you do indeed have a panel filter already installed, not a highflow panel filter (different to stock) I Needed a new filter not long ago, so I upgraded to a K&N Highflow. I think I have noticed a small difference, but I'm yet to give it some at a track etc.. $80.00 from Autobarn, just go in and ask for a HIGHFLOW PANEL FILTER for your r34.

[Nsw]Stern 18" Deep Dish Rims, 5X114.3
FLUID replied to FLUID's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Only dimension I'm not sure on is the offset, but I am getting around to that, all others are up there. Tyres have a great deal of camber wear on all 4, thus making all 4 unworthy. More superb quality iPhone photos will be posted in due time. In the mean time, any interest in the wheels my number has been posted above and a text asking for some more photos will be attended to. Thanks Gavin, your input is greatly appreciated. -
