I'm might come along with the Benz, never taken it on a cruise before... Weather forecast looks ok, now I'll have to wash it..

Thanks for posting that Bec, There is still a fair bit of content to go onto that page, so keep checking back for clips and other exciting news regarding Big Red. Yokohama have been very supportive of Big Red and it's great news for Adam.

Thanks for putting the results up Ryan, Well done to the winners and place getters. Cheater Evo FTW! Two WD's, I need to learn the maps more, that cost me an almost top three finish! My motorsport bug is returning... YIPPEEE! See you at the next one!

I've been fined with demerits for a major defect, they basically do that at their own discretion. Sometimes it's no fine, sometimes its a fine and other times its a fine and demirit points. I really think you have to pick your mark if you get pulled up, be nice and hope for the best. I really like how the show is not singling out imports, infact most of the import owners on the show have been quite pleasant to deal with compared to the other idiots. Tonights was amusing. Especially the un licensed driver that lost his licence for street racing. And as for having a cruise to demonstrate that you are not hoons and getting today tonight/aca to be involved, I really don't think that will help. Realistically if you drive an illigally modified vehicle you run the chance of being fined or defected. Its just the rules, if you don't like it go and buy a car that is street legal and call it a day, the law will never change, in fact it will continue to get more strict. My 2cents.

I got the oil but I traded my prize pack (number 1) with TJ who won prize pack number 2. Prize pack number 2 was more suited to us and TJ was happy to swap... LEGEND! As for the oil I only use Castrol products and I have a lifetimes supply in the garage... So TJ you can enjoy that...

Awesome Night, I have the biggest hangover ever. It's 3pm and I'm still in bed.... Rob Nigro (TheNig) won the toolkit. Thanks to the organisers, the night was fantastic....

If I go for a short interstate trip I park in the Business Park at the airport, it's up near the McDonalds right out the front of the Qantas terminal, there are always really nice cars in there and its all pretty much business people. It is a bit more expensive but worth it, it also is good because you use your own credit card as the parking ticket. You swipe your credit card to get in the gate and then you can only get out with your Credit Card.

Oh yes I remember now, it is Fitzroy St StiKilda.

I liked the show, I thought it was funny! There were a few of us watching it, and we had plenty of giggles. I know import owners like to think the police spend all of their time chasing you but really they don't. Ive had my fair share of defects over the years and its great to see that they haven't skewed the show at all to import owners. I think that can only be positive for us and im unsure why there is always a need to bag the cops, they are just doing their job, bad attititudes towards cops i'm sure you are bound to have some bad run ins with the law. This is not aimed at anyone on here specifically, its just my opinion I agree that the P plater did stop as soon as soon as the cop tried to run in front of her car doing 150 kmph, and she certainly didn't try to hit him, he ran out on the road in the middle of the night and she braked immediately. However she shouldn't have been going 150kmph and I thought she took the penalty pretty well and was amusing to watch! At the end she had a little smirk on her face because she knew that she was speeding. Highlights for me: - Lady talking on the phone, when the cop shut the door on her passanger while the passenger was still talking. - Scary lady cop was very funny and I wouldn't like to run into her on the wrong side of the law. - The mother on steriods, classic! - Of all the speeding motorists they could get they got a 18-20 year old girl in a BMW, that really delivers a message to the audience that there isn't always a specific stereotype that gets caught speeding. I also wonder how they got her home to Bendigo from the Calder freeway. Looking forward to next week, I figure if your stupid enough to drive your modified import down chapel st on a friday or saturday night you deserve a defect! I live in the area and I don't take my car anywhere near that strip... Bring on hoons vs cafe patrons.

I had my S15 transported to QLD a couple of years ago with Ceva Logistics. They were really good, you cannot put any luggage in the car while it is being transported though. They will ask you if the car is modified, this is so they can ensure the ride height will get on the truck, it has to have 6 inches clearance, I just raised my car to 6 inch clearance because I have coilovers. I told them it was modified but it would not effect the transport as the ride height was over 6 inches. There are a few options, you can have the car picked up from an address or at their depot and drop off can be to either as well. It is more expensive for the Melbourne to Brisbane trip than it is on the return. It is also more expensive for a pick up and drop off at a private address. Costs for mine were roughly, Approx $750 Melbourne Depot to Brisbane private address. (this was 2 years ago) $640 Brisbane private address pick up to Melbourne private address drop off. (This was in July this year) Ceva have a really good quoting tool on their website, Ceva Logistics They also have great tracking tool on the website so you can keep an eye on where your car is. Hope this helps. Juz

TROY IS GOD!! The question is not what did troy do? But what hasn't he done? I think Troy should win Deca even though he is in India. It is the least we could do! In Honour of the Gate!!
