  1. If you're keen to retain the standard plenum, then this is an option. This is a photo of my setup - High mount Kinugawa t67 turbo with a return flow intercooler + supporting mods. I had to relocate the afm into the intercooler piping though.
  2. I'm guessing you'll safely get to about 370rwhp. If you crack 400rwhp, then big up's to you and your tuner :-)
  3. Make sure you take some pics. That way if it works, I can steal your idea and do it to my car :-P
  4. I haven't made one yet. I had the same idea. Only because there is a lot of weight hanging off those exhaust studs in the engine block. The gyrating force of the turbo (not sure if that's the correct term) would put a but of strain on those studs as well.
  5. I had to make a custom mount for the power steering reservoir as well... It took all of 20 mins, if that? I've had the hybrid mani on the car for about 1000kms now (car sits at 370rwhp), it's been a hard 1000kms :-P
  6. I've got a T67 Kando on a hybrid performance exhaust manifold. Good combo! Exhaust mani was a tad difficult to tighten bolts.... Other than that, i'm very happy!
  7. My T67-25G is oil cooled and hasn't gone past 90°C .... I'd look into an oil cooler for summer though.
  8. R34 gtt Stock RB25DET NEO Power fc Kando T67-25G 3" turbo-cat then 3.5" cat back Spitfire coil packs Deatschwerks 300lph pump (hardwired) Siemens deka 60lb injectors Z32 afm Hybrid performance exhaust manifold Blitz return flow FMIC TurboSmart 50mm progate Running 20psi on 98 octane. Doesn't want to upload photo of dyno from le phone.... But it made 278.6rwkw @ 6750rpm and 462.5NM @ 5000rpm.
  9. ^ THIS! I just fitted one of these to my 34 GTT a couple of weeks ago...... My neighbours now know every swear word known to man!
  10. My Intercooler is on a slight slant because of the clearance between itself and the thermo fan.
  11. Do you have an apexi pfc? If so, is there any chance you accidentally changed the afm settings? Just a thought... Happened to me before.
  12. Hey martin, I just realised that you posted a thread about hooking up the EBC to the external gate.... And, yes I already had an EBC hooked up before. Derp on my behalf haha.... Just read through it and sourced all the info i need. Cheers. As for the vacuum lines..... I'll take a photo of what I'm talking about when I'm home next (Friday, after work). Hopefully you will be able to shed some light on what exactly it is that these lines do. Cheers Monkey. It will be legen....... wait for it...... DARY DARY!
  13. Well, firstly my name Is Peter and I've been reading up on SAU religiously each night after work. So the story goes.... I saw a thread on the Kando range of turbo's and decided to take a read through, this made me go out and buy a T67 to slap on the 34. As ambitious as i was to do all the work myself..... I've come into a bit of a situation where i need my car back on the road asap. There are a few things i would need help with, eg. vacuum lines, hooking up the ebc and taking out the water lines that the stock turbo utilized, etc. If I had the mullah I'd be more than happy to take it to a workshop to get it finished....... but I'm an apprentice (dont think i have to elaborate there haha). I have already got all the supporting mods installed (apexi pfc, 60lb siemen dekas, deatschwerks 300lph pump) If anyone is willing to help out I'm sure i can either pay you a bit or supply beer of your choice. Im located in Bassendean (NOR). Sorry if I've missed any info.... Cheers, Peter
  14. You need 5 fuses just in case a few happen to blow up in the process of installing them It's always good to carry a few extra around with you anyways.
  15. Pics of rims and tyres? Could you send to 040883487(five). Cheers
  16. I did muay thai for a year and a half. It was the most intense year and a half of my life! Working a 10hr day then training from 6.30 - 9pm four times during the week and a sparring session on Saturday. Ended up having 3 ring fights :-) won 2 of them and lost the third. I trained at a gym in Perth (West Australian Thai Boxing Centre). Thats my 2 cents worth anyways.
