No, you can get one for much cheaper through auction which is why I mentioned the dealership tax. Fact is, even at a dealership its only worth 24k for one in immac/original condition and R32's are more popular in Japan than here. I'm making a simple comparison. Many of the 32 GTR Nismos were brought over here before SEVS came in and when they werent worth much in Japan. .. This blokes car was bought in under the 15 year rule aka before the SEVS rule came in!!!! The performance of the R32 NISMO is the same as the base model but came from factory with Aesthetic modifications This is why they arent very sought after and command less than a R32 V-SPEC II or R32 GTR N1. Just face the fact your R32 has had a REBUILT engine and a NEW PAINTJOB so it isnt worth much as one in original/immaculate condition!!!! Clearly you just came to SAU to sell your car and can't handle the heat from someone with experience in knowing the value of Japanese nostaglia vehicles.

If I was you I'd be over the moon at those offers considering your car has been resprayed. Which indicates the paint probably was not in the best condition before this "overhaul". Also, letting it sit in the shed for 10 years will just mean you'll have to COMPLETELY overhaul all the running gear to actually getting it to run again. No, because even when using the factory colour, its easy to tell when a car has been respray. Use a paint thickness micrometer and it wont be the same consistency and thickness as the factory paintjob. A car to command a premium must have the original paint/panels. People want a car that has a body that is as close to possible to when it rolled off the factory line.

Does it also make the cool noise when the clutch is pushed in like a twin plate does (sounds like a box of rattling bolts). Oh good, so its basically a complete clutch kit.

With the Nismo Coppermix Twin do you have to retain the stock flywheel? Reason being is I dont like the dual mass flywheel in the S15, and itd be nice if a lightweight single flywheel came with the nismo coppermix... Has anyone tried out the HKS LA Single Plate Clutch? Lol, my Dad has always told me to beware of used car dealerships. Just get Iron Chef to handpick you one going through auction in Japan....thats your best bet if you want an immaculate vehicle etc. From what I know, the white r34's are a bit less sought after in Japan, with colours like Bayside Blue, MNPIII, Black commanding a premium. I regularly scan carsales and gumtree and most Skyline GT-R's I see are in rubbish condition with non-genuine km's. The problem is the local market has been flooded with absolute shit (thanks to some dealerships).

For a really race-spec street car I'd recommend a Integra DC2R....they sound great when theyre on song. My friend has one with full exhaust, apexi power fc, and cold air intake and its slightly quicker than my S15 (ADM) in a straight line. OR You could always go a Pulsar VZ-R N1 (Iron Chef currently has one for sale I think) - they have 200hp and go 0-100 in 6.80 seconds (stock standard).....add on full exhaust, ecu etc and itll be veryyyy quick. These have an SR20VE so they are veryyyy high revving . Or if you prefer RWD you'd might be interested in an S2000?
