  1. did anyone see SPU! great peice of footage
  2. more width = more traction. but bear in mind more $$ per wheel. i've got 235 rubber at the front and 255 on the rear. i got my car like that so i never had a choice. but the fat rear rubbers give any car a meaner look...from behind that is
  3. i've looked at the top of the coilover and it too seems to have a hole suitable for an allen key. what would this do? damper adjustment as well? btw, can someone give me advice on the best way of putting these on...i have yet to install them
  4. how many diff types of N1 coilovers are there? i've got the 'world sport' but i am having trouble figuring out if they are 'N1' or not...it does say N1 down near the bottom but some internet sites are classifying them as just normal 'world sport' spec without adjustable damper. they are gold/bronze in color and have black springs...
  5. i've got the factory front lip on it already....but i saw this one and i believe it gives the line a sleeker look...
  6. hey guys, i was looking for porn when i stumbled across this skyline site and thought i'd take a look... what caught my eye was the front of this line and realised that it still retained the stock s2 front bar but a lower lip was added to it....bit like a lip for a gtr vspec (the black plastic bit). does anyone know where i can get this???? looks uber sexy and surely cant be as expensive as a new bar...
  7. i'll be interested... pics to [email protected] cheers
  8. steve: i haven't dynoed my car since i've had it so i'd be in for it
  9. hmmz...change of venue then... feel free to delete this post mods.
  10. i think its more of the canary factor
  11. true that...but i'm not suggesting we all roar down and hang around...just meet there for something to eat and then head off...thats why i'm not expecting a huge turnout... just a quite one...ironic as it sounds.
  12. hey guys....i was at a supra dinner/meet on thursday night (no i'm no traitor) which they held at pancake parlour in doncaster. i'm sure most of you east side boyZ would know where this is. seems to be a very popular place for all sorts of import cars. anyhow, since it was raining that night, we couldn't go for a cruise so they went to 'shoppo' and took some photos then pissed off.... i was hoping we could do a similar thing....i'm not expecting anything huge...say 10 or so peeps... who's game?
  13. if you look at 'Camber Kits' in this section, sydneykid recommends Traction Tyres. from memory they are in vermont. i called them up the other day and was quoted $265 including alignment. this was for the front end only and they use whiteline products.
  14. i've got a spare but took the jack out because it kept rattling inside the bracket whice renders it pretty useless. the given spanner socket wasn't the correct size for the wheel nuts anyway. hehe be funny having one 265 and one 235 on the rear...i might as well take it out come to think of it. is there suppose to be a nut that holds it in place?
  15. what is the 'bump stop'? the plastic at the top of the wheel arch? just measured mine at its roughly 320mm from wheel guard to centre of wheel. anyhow getting some coilovers for the front and finally be able to get up my driveway
  16. hi guys, i was wondering if its fine to drive with coilovers at the front and normal shocks/springs at the rear. won't be doing any trackwork just the occasional drive through twisties etc.
  17. funny that...i'm getting the rear pods of the same kit! damn...if only you posted a day earlier - would have got the front first! great looking front bar...
