What Have You Done To Your Stagea Lately?
pomnz replied to Hanso's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Hi and welcome to the forum. Have you looked at the intake & plenum for carbon build up? Apparently this is a bit of an issue on the non-turbo stageas due to the direct injection, there was a thread on the v35 section of this site with pictures that showed significant build up after far less KMs than are on yours. I seem to remember someone cleaning it and finding that the car ran a lot smoother and also started on the first crank. Probably worth checking out. -

What Have You Done To Your Stagea Lately?
pomnz replied to Hanso's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
I'm going to use the extra injection channel to control a mac boost solenoid to see if i can smooth that rubber band a little. Will log afrs for a while to see if i can trim fuel and increase efficiency and therefore powahs a little. I have no intention of going near timing as i have no knock sensor. have got a MAP sensor to hookup as well. Im not going to go crazy but how many in here have said that? -

....also RS has a triple gauge set-up below the single din stereo; boost, voltage and torque split. DO NOT look at torque split whilst going around a bend with your foot down to see if it moves, you may well crash.................lol

Unfortunately find myself having to agree with this......

Whale can has blowhole? Lol Jokes, it actually looks pretty good, you've more stones than I have to take cutting tools to your bodywork -
Very nice ride you've got there. I was under the impression that the axis S(port?) came with some kind of sports suspension from autech? Can you confirm if this is the case? As for your vandal, that totally sucks, there are some people that I would never tire of kicking.............

Sorry to dig up a thread from the past but I have an opportunity to get an Emanage Ultimate for a really good price, I just wondered whether there would be any point on a stock car? My aim would be to maybe trim the fuel a bit and smooth out that rubber band effect. I was also thinking of using it (and a solenoid that I would get separately) as a boost controller. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

OK so this is the link to the full M35 Stagea Service Manual in Japanese. I want to keep this to members so please PM me for the password. http://bayfiles.com/file/zKGP/cdtbZs/Stagea_Service_Manual.rar

Well i had a translated manual but unfortunately my pet unicorn ate it so now I'm left with this Japanese one. Its in pdf sections that you can cut and paste into Google or bing translate so it's pretty useful. The only part that doesn't work on is the diagrams. I'm away from my main pc at the moment but will upload it for you all over the next few days, provided the mods are happy for me to do so?

Shit People Say When Trying To Reduce The Price Of Your Car
pomnz replied to Paramour's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Lol great thread. When i sold my previous motor i had someone persistently ask if they could pay less than half, register it in their name with the promise to come back "next month" from a different city to pay rest off. I mean really? I was tempted to ask if they wanted to f*ck the cat while they were at it. That put the half price offers by people texting me without having seen the car in perspective. -
No idea about hooking it up but in case you didn't already know then be aware that anything labelled "junk" on those yahoo japan translations doesn't work

Removal Of Carpet On Transmission Tunnel
pomnz replied to samuri's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
The aircon duct in your pic pulls off. It takes a fair bit of force and should come off just as you think it's going to break but goes back together easy enough. There is also a long piece of trim running along the door sill that will need to come out. Start at the end closest to the glove box and pull it off.
