But how is it not an upgrade, ive changed my rotors and pads over to bendix pads and dba golds and the difference is huge, i do have to warm them up a bit to get them at optimum braking efficiency but they pull my car up heaps better than standard rotors. I dont get brake fade anymore.
yeah im pretty sure the 2 doors n 4 door 32 are pretty similar in weight, i think the four door may be slightly heavier due to the extra 2 doors, but only slightly as they are pretty much the same length
jacking it from under the front go to the crossmember, id be putting your jack stands underneath your sills if you can, depends on if you have a body kit which may be a little trickier.
well i had that decision when my diff went whiny whiny whiny, and i figured its cheaper and keeps my mind at ease KNOWING that your gb has just got all new seals and synchros, and that its gonna hold, and sometimes you might be lucky enough to get warranty. Rather than having a 2nd hand gb which you are unsure about. go the rebuild alot safer
bah rav 4 by far, reliable, pretty good on fuel, and you have still got the comfyness of a car pretty much, and their resale isnt too bad either.
Best off going with something (ie rav) that has a good source of parts.
yeah i did the pre-vo and it helped me, cut a good lot of time off my apprenticeship, i think ive only got a year to go now, but its all competency based.
u can do a tafe course, which is pre-vo and takes 6 months off an apprenticeship, but ud have to find someone willing to take on a mature aged apprentice.
