    pull the plugs again and make sure they are not fouled, a dodgy afm can soot them up real quick

    Most times they should start and idle but run like shit, I've had one that would not run at all, if you have access to known working one then its a piece of piss to eliminate that from the equation.

    Often a tuner will supply and instal a Nistune and tune the car as a package deal, so that can be the last pieces in the sporting mads lineup.

    put in exhaust between Nistune and Injectors.

    ...and if it still has the stock fuel pump, then that should be the first thing you change, the rest is in order as posted above. Mike.

    brakes, anti-roll bars, nistune, injectors, Z32 AFM, and intercooler, turbo and tune should be the last thing you buy

    and what does your 25 turbo do at 6000, is it still holding 12psi? My SS2.5 hyflow makes positive boost @ 2.8K and 20psi @ 3.8 and keeps it to 7500rpm Not sure what kilowatts it make as I tune it myself all my passengers have a big grin @ 4000

    so wait six months, as Hypergear is investing in a 32gtst and developing turbos for the rb20... it might not make 20psi by 3000, but will be pretty good

    SR20 uses a different turbo to manifold flange and dump flange , so you will need an adapter and a custom dump

    you can also change the knock timing to all +5 deg and no matter what mode you are in it will be quite fcuking obvious if it is jumping to the knock tables

    log some runs in tuner mode with the knock function running, mine seems to not pick-up knock in the other mode

    Sounds like its jumping over to the knock tables, for what ever reason... probably best to post your issues in the nistune forum.
