  1. lol... I know how that feels, just don't think of the money involved, a little bit of denial is good sometimes. Time to chuck an unopened JZ motor in, and boost it till she pops.
  2. Yeah I've been buying supercharge for a while and they've been good, not many batteries have a 3 year warranty so they get my vote.
  3. 5K is ok so is 6, after 7 is where you need to careful
  4. These two and a oil temp gauge, stop thrashing before 120c
  5. I thought the black on went to Mercedes?
  6. buy something else
  7. Do you have any RB20DET stock red injectors ?
  8. I usually get Supercharge gold series, 3 year warranty, a good price for a good battery, never let me down, there warehouse in the next suburb and they will sell direct to the public http://www.supercharge.com.au/supercharge-gold-mf55b24r
  9. I posted the nistune graph in your other thread and you saw how little lag there was when I jumped off the throttle at 60, about 1/3 of second lag, and that was at minimal gas flow. I believe the techedge gauges would read at the same speed/lag as nistune. bosch 4.9 mounted before the cat
  10. I bought mine mainly on reputation, a few of the tuners I've spoken to use them, and have told me the people who design and build them know their shit and they are built to a standard not a price. As for the all-in-one gauge and driver, I would have liked a gauge but this was only a secondary consideration, accuracy and quality took priority, after all this is a tuning tool not another dial to rice up my dash. Also the driver will accept uego and multiple bosch sensors. Mike.
  11. Crunch the numbers and find the price difference between the 2J and the 3A models, remember the techedge site doesn't quote gst, the initial pain to your wallet will soon pass and it's much cheaper to buy right the first time.
  12. the pinch.... but it looks like she's sitting on the loo
  13. I got a set of Kumho 39's 205_55_16 from http://www.tempetyres.com.au/ for $560 delivered, so excellent wet tyre not too bad in the dry either.
  14. Cheers Corin, it was the coil packs that were playing up, though I'm still interested in the afm for one of the other 32's. I've got rego and insurance next week, but if you still have it in a fortnight I'll more than likely grab it off you, but if someone else wants it, by all means sell it to them. By the way, that exhaust I picked up from you was much less noisy than I expected, which is good exactly what I wanted, no drone either. Mike.
  15. I'm changing out the coil pack today, so I will get back to you if that doesn't sort the problem.
  16. Good news if it's true.... http://news.ninemsn.com.au/national/2013/08/19/06/25/webber-to-be-replaced-by-ricciardo
  17. you need to hide Trent's passport
  18. The sensor needs to be heated hence you will need a driver / control unit.
  19. Just installed a Tech Edge 2COB, if I had to buy again I would pony up for 3A model with the added functionality of thermocouple inputs and the integrated USB port. Tech Edge all the way, quality products, service and support, aussie too.
  20. lol... waits an grins
  21. I'll be trying the Type M from Dixcel next time I'm due for a pad change. While I like the Remsa's street performance, they are too dusty for my liking... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/418505-dixcel-brake-pads-m-type-review/
