Ricci's done all right, only one retirement all season, I would be very surprised if he didn't retain his drive. He has been consistent and qualified well.

Keeping your eyes on the road and traffic ahead of you is much more important than watching the tacho, you should have a reasonable idea of revs by the note and vibration of your engine.

I'm planning to upgrade my injectors soonish so I've started to look around now. My current injectors are a little sus, as my fuel tank was rusted to the shithouse and some of that red stuff must have gotten through the fuel filter. Starting is difficult and fuel economy around 14L / 100km. Getting a nistune in a couple of weeks, and apart from a 3" hiflow exhaust my HCR32 is completly stock, so I was thinking a more modern type of injector with improved atomisation would be better for response and economy, does anyone have opinions on how these ASNU / Bosch injectors compare to the Nismo ones? http://www.asnuperformance.com.au/

if there is only a small amount of it might only be able to be felt when the booster is operating..? Bleeding brakes the oldfashioned way is a little risky, pushing the master cylinder piston all the way in past the point where it normally sits can cause the seal to leak. air or seal damage.... air in the abs???

Sometimes you can get a bubble stuck behind the piston, connect a clear tube to the bleed nipple and tie it up so it remains in a vertical position, loosen the nipple and then push back the piston, you will see a bubble or two rise up the tube, close the nipple and rinse and repeat.

I found getting the H-balancer back on at the correct torque setting the difficult part, can't believe Nissan charge $200 for the ring gear stopper.

So I finally got feed up with that dam ding dong noise, removed the under dash shroud and the cluster shroud, and the cluster came right out quite easily. The overspeed warning box is attached to the back cluster so the cluster does indeed need to be removed, you can't reach it from underneath the dash. The noise when reversing comes from a different box altogether, witch is able to be reached from underneath. However this box also controls the automatic transmission lock, so I didn't bother with it. Have uploaded some photos for clarity...

No but they wouldn't have found anything, the car is still stock, she wasn't real keen to do much but get the paperwork done get after the next punter.

I tried to do the right thing, had just got the car and changed the fluids, filters and plugs, so I took it out to a local road where there is no housing on either side and minimal traffic. Just to open her up and check for missing at high rpm, silly me should have done a reci first to check for the boys in blue.
