Regarding the delay in shipment put your complaint in writing and forward it to TNT! I have offered you a refund for the $50 I charged you for the part and the offer still stands. The $50 will be deposited to your account the second the part is received. Please understand I CANNOT refund you $20 for shipping as the $20 went to TNT not my pocket.
