  1. I most definitely will godsmind.
  2. Same wheels! Nice! Hmm, well you see I have 235's on the front atm. But that's with the stock wheels. Still, fairly wide for a 7.5" rim. I never have any issues with them. My car isn't low at all really. Tein Super Street springs, only dropped the car about an inch. This might be a trial and error process after all
  3. +30 & +38 i've got. Plenty of 265's around, but 255 seems to be an odd kind of size! Also 235's come in $10 cheaper that 225's in alot of cases. the 235/265 combo seems to be the most popular/common.
  4. Do you have any scrub issues with the 235/265 combo Mat? I'm having a hard time finding 255's in cheaper brands (Achilles).
  5. Finally got myself a set of wheels! LMGT4's, 8.5/9.5 in 18". Now i'm just considering the tyre sizes. Rears i'm pretty set on using a 255/35/18. Fronts, i'm debating between a 225/40 or 235/40. Nismo recommends a 225, but most people say go for a 235. Also, what's a good tyre to use? I keep seeing alot about Fed 595 SS's or KU31's. Also looking at Sumitomo HTR ZIII's.
  6. Consider these sold. Sent you a SMS!
  7. Mine doesn't spring open by itself either. When I pull the release it merely "unlatches" it so you can open it up by hand. To me the boot feels to heavy to have a spring action to it. I figured all were like this.
  8. Thanks mate for that. I didn't realise they were so expensive! I'll keep my stocky I think until a later date. Cheers!
  9. Hey guys, Does anyone have one of these in reasonable condition? I'm after a genuine Nissan one, not a fibreglass copy. And with standard height stands. Can be any colour, as will be resprayed anyways. Thanks.
  10. Seriously? There priced at $850 from most places! If these were for GT-T i'd snap them up right now!
  11. Interesting 34GeeTeeTee, i checked this page and it said $170... http://www.uniquecars.com.au/pricelists/pricelist_cusco.htm Maybe they haven't updated the site for a while, i may shoot them an email. Thanks for that link Not A Pulsar, that actually looks pretty good! Cheaper option, i've added it to my watch list! Cheers!
  12. Cheers guys! Yeah I've had a quick scan through the major parts sites and most are around $140-170 (UAS being the most expensive). If I fail to find someone with a cheaper 2nd hand option soon, i'll just grab one from one of those sites.
  13. Hey guys, Has anyone got one of these they want to sell in good condition? I've seen the Cusco one's on eBay at around $140 so just checking on here first in case anyone had one laying around or wanted to part with their's. To fit R34 GT-T. Cheers!
  14. Bump! I'm still chasing the tray that pulls down in the bottom right of the dash .. anyone got one/know of one?
  15. Thanks mate, confirms it for me then. I'll just leave it plugged in, but i may attempt to relocate it in front of the FMIC or to the side somewhere where there is more direct airflow. Yeah one of my horns is cactus, very strange sound it makes. So i just got some replacements! Thanks again! I learnt a lot (AC diagnostics) and fixed a separate issue because of this!
  16. Bit of a search! Found this: http://www.skylinesa...higher-then-18/ Will check that sensor as i've had the dash panel off. EDIT: Yep, it was that sensor in the dash unplugged! Awesome! But... Still can't find anything else about this outside air temp sensor though!
  17. And this is strange also. Turn the A/C on, set temperature to 18c. Blows icy cold air. Set to 18.5c blows warm air. This happens whether the sensor is plugged in or not.
  18. Confused me too! Since people suggested it was the models that had the HVAC controls button feature that shows outside temp, that had the sensor.
  19. Hey guys, So i'm installing some new horns in my car, and I have this sensor down near the bottom of the A/C radiator. In re-routing the wires for horns, i'm wondering, do I require this sensor to be plug in? Can I remove it and leave the plug cable toed up nicely somewhere? I was told that it displays the outside air temp on the HVAC display if you press the knob in, however mine doesn't push in (series 1?). I've read that if the HVAC system doesn't see the sensor, it'll think it's freezing cold outside and run the heater all the time. Thanks
  20. Cheers for that mate. Both those grey colors are a bit too dark. The engine bay looks pretty much like primer, slightly darker (as i found out when i tried primer!) I ended up using Medium Gray touch up paint, mixed with satin black to darken it. Few sprays of the black into a lid, mix it up and it came out almost 100% perfect! Well close enough for under the cowl anyways. Ultimately i'd love to rip everything out and spray it all in KR4 but that'll have to wait for another day.
  21. Your kidding yourself if you think this looks like it rolled off the showroom floor... It looks 10x better! I think Nissan would buy this car back from you if you keep it up! Well done mate!
  22. Hey guys, My R34 is KR4 Sonic Silver, and has that grey kinda colour under the bonnet. I'm touching up some areas of surface rust near the cowl cover and want to get a matching paint. Does anyone know what the equivalent paint code would be or a paint code from Repco or Autobarn?
  23. Found, Bought. Done. Thanks
  24. Thanks mate, Yeah i checked on eBay, a few "cheapy" ones on there, i'm sure there not genuine. Not that i guess it matters, but i'll check to see if anyone has the proper ones first.
  25. Hey guys, I'm after one of these: http://justjap.com/store/product.php?productid=17432&cat=&page=2 Anyone have a GENUINE one in good condition?
