Doubt it, it's a pretty perfect fit on the R34 bumper and radiator support, which i don't think the R33 is the same.

^ Will fit perfect. I'm running very similar on mine, except slightly more offset. +30 and +38 i think. No mods required to fit. +35 will fit nicely in the middle.

Hey guys, got one of these carbon fibre cooling panels for sale. Im pretty sure it's fibre glass base with a carbon skin. Looks beautiful, high gloss. Fits stock bar and i had it on my Altia bar. Looking at $120 for it (what i paid for it). Pickup available or $15 postage. Thanks. Kurt.

Bottom LED is yellow..top is red. Both very bright. Already resisted so connect 12V to connector at rear (molex). Yellow wire yellow led/red wire red led/black gnd.
