  1. The Bathurst 12 hour is on in February, the information is below, entries are open, so let us know if you are going! THE SHOW off the track will be just as exciting as the one on it at the 2015 Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour. Organisers have announced a new partnership with Raceline Events to promote a spectacular auto show at the February 6-8, 2015 Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour Event that will fill Harris Park with colour and excitement across the weekend. To be known as the Bathurst 12 Hour Supershow, the two-day Event will be a full-on show and shine complete with judging and a prizes – with presentations to be held during the lunchtime shift of the 12-hour race on Sunday. The Supershow is expected to attract a huge array of competitors from around Australia that will fill Harris Park with colour, noise and excitement for fans at the circuit. “We are excited to welcome Raceline Events to the Bathurst 12 Hour and are looking forward to the first ever Bathurst 12 Hour Supershow,” Event Director James O’Brien said. “The Bathurst 12 Hour weekend is already a feast for the senses of motoring fans thanks to the wide variety of cars in the 12-hour itself and the three support categories racing on Saturday. This will just add to the variety for fans trackside. “We pride ourselves on offering the best value tickets in Australian Motorsport for race fans and this will just make the experience even better, with plenty to see and do off the track as well as on it.” Applications are already open for the show, with the first 150 entrants to receive a bonus parade lap of the full 6.213km Mount Panorama circuit on Saturday – between Bathurst 12 Hour qualifying sessions. “Plans are also underway for a monster Supershow cruise potentially involving as many as 12 car clubs from four states and the ACT converging on Bathurst on late Friday,” said Raceline Events Ian Badock. “It is expected that the Bathurst 12 Hour Supershow will attract participants from as far afield as Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne, as well as closer regions like Canberra and Sydney. “The Supershow will cater for all makes, models and types of Street machines, Sports Cars and Supercars – plus race cars. It will also include a working Dyno for entrants to test the power of their machines, plus an Audio show that will attempt to match the volume of the on-track 12-hour product." All entrants receive two weekend passes to the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour Event with the first 150 to take part in the parade laps on Saturday. 2. I'll in, haven't been up Putty in ages
  3. Big Thankyou to MotorActive and DBA for the day. So much information and all of my questions were answered. I can't wait to change the oil to the Liqui Moly and try the additive, it will be cheap protection for the engine and bearings. DBA Brake rotors are in my immediate future as well. Thankyou also for the prizes, I can't believe I actually won something!
  4. I've been told that a whole lot of Membership packages have been sent out. If you haven't received your membership package by the end of next week, then let us know.
  5. It opens up a whole lot of golf courses now! Golf courses don't seem to have many left handed sets to hire.
  6. I'm Glad you enjoyed the day. Our next Texikhana will be in March
  7. That's it for the moment, I'll put some more pics up later.
  8. A few more pics
  9. Here are some pics from me, Great Day, Thankyou to all that helped run the day and all that entered.
  10. Yes we do put RB25 in under 2.5l class. The way the day usually runs is that we put cars into left lane or right lane, then we run you through the courses on that lane, before swapping sides and running the other courses The classes are there for us to try and group similar performance groups together at the beginning of the day.
  11. Supp Regs are at the bottom of the first post. Courses are handed out on the day and we do change them throughout the day.
  12. Yes, you can renew/join on the day, please bring cash as we don't have eftpos
  13. Top day! Thanks Matt for putting this together.
  14. Sliding the rear end of the car around the cones, is acceptable. If it turns into drifting or burnouts then it become not acceptable. As Duncan said, the rules are just a clarification of a motorkhana event. Insurance has asked us to reinforce those rules. The first post will be modified with the changes.
  15. Yes , we still have spots available. We will post up in here when it is full.
  16. We are not allowed to drift the course, link up corners or keep your foot in it burnouts. But tyre slippage around such tight courses is to be expected. These are rules from insurance not us.
  17. I was in your group, trying to be like Ricky Bobby! But I do have a picture of the baby carrier.
  18. I've uploaded to flickr, so you can get the original size there https://www.flickr.com/photos/114247084@N04/
