  1. Hey guys quick question I've got an r34 coupe and I need to put a child seat in! I've already got an anchor point in the centre on the back seat but the seat doesn't really sit right and the seat belts on either side have instructions on how to use them for a child seat but no spot at the back for an anchor point. Does anyone know the correct position for a child in an r34? Thanks
  2. I blocked my BOV once to try and get a flutter. It worked but I lost so much power, felt like I was driving a charade lol
  3. Ok so at the moment my r34 gt-t has a non turbo r34 gearbox and diff. A friend of mine asked if I wanted his R33 gts-t rear setup. I was thinking of swapping diffs but Im not sure if 1.the r33 diff has stock LSD and 2.if it will fit the R34 gt drive train? Does anyone know anything about this. Cheers...

  6. Hey guys just looking for your opinions. I noticed awhile ago a clunking noise coming from front passenger side wheel. Didn't really look into as I haven't driven the car since but today while repairing my front bar I noticed a sticky like goo coming out of front castor rod bush (I think thats what its called anyway). Anyone know what this is and if that could be the problem?
  7. Ok so I've been doing heaps of research on RB25/30 conversions and I saw a thread on calaisturbo.com saying that the N1 Oil pump is rubbish and has a strong tendency to shatter. Can anyone confirm or deny this? thanks.

  9. Have you tried calling GCG Turbos or somewhere like that? They'd give you best advice on what turbo kit you need!! I'd suggest you get a PFC before you get a kit first but...otherwise your kinda working backwards! And at least 550cc injectors...you don't want your injectors working 100% duty at 4500rpm lol And thats easy 5g their before labour costs....sucks doesnt it hahaha
  10. I was talking to a guy from GCG Turbo's yesterday at Jamboree about high flowing my r34 turbo and he said after its machined and replaced the compressor etc. ect. it'll cost upward of $2000+. Don't know how true it is but its something to think about...
  11. Hey guys, I own a R34 GT-T and only recently realised during a clutch upgrade that it was originally a non turbo GT. Previous owner just replaced the GT engine for an rb25det neo but left the GT running gear in (gear box and diff) Can anyone tell me the difference between the diffs and gear boxes of both models as my car made 200Kw last dyno run and i'm a bit worried I may be pushing the GT gear a bit to hard. Also any opinions on upgrades would be appreciated Cheers, Luke
