  1. From what i have seen on my 32 gtst... no. The big sensor is for the ecu, the small one is for the dash temp gauge. Your fan sensor would have a different signal voltage for a given temp. You could test this with cold water, hot water, an accurate thermometer and a multimeter. The sensor in the bottom of the radiator is something to do with aircon i think not 100% sure, its not a good location for engine temp control as its after the water is cooled by the radiator. Its a pain to take off the manifold and either tap one of the existing holes or drill and tap a new one. So i just got one of those bits that goes inline with the top rad hose and you can put a sensor into it. They are usually 1/8 npt. Thermo control sensor may be bigger so you might have to drill and tap, you just have to decide where. My thermo control is still not set up, i just have a good temp gauge and a switch in the cabin.

  18. Really need one of these things, its from in the back of R32 GTR headlights. So if you have a smashed one please look, ill buy it. Its an adaptor for the high beam globe.
  19. Ive always had cooling issues. I put a GTR for GTST front bar on the other day. Its made a BIG difference to temperatures. the fan isnt on all the time, its hardly on at all now. Even the oil cooler seems to be getting more air flow. So airflow makes the biggest difference of all to the cooling ability of a skyline, cos they have such small holes to begin with. So after adding an oil cooler, a fleabay radiator, twin thermos and removing the aircon; it was the GTR bar that did the most. Next improvement would be a GTR bonnet to open up the gap between the lights.
  20. The backyard special, shes a bit rough, but it does the job. I bought this car with many missing bits, which ive made from scrap metal lying around the shed.
