Just reading through this and you need to ask yourself do u want responsive power or laggy as hell. I agree with hks gtr-s or 25/35 (30) for responsive power although may not pull the higher figures. Guess depends on if you wanna drive round or sit at home jacking off over dyno sheets...

Injectors are sold. Gearbox will be sold without shifter. Turbo will have pics up tomorrow in very good condition no shaft play good bearings etc. Comes with lines, elbow, dump pipe everything is there.

Im with cubes here. I can't see how physically a drivetrain can absorb the same amount of power when fed different input load. THe more load the drivetrain is put under, the less efficiently it will work hence in a 1000kw engine car, it may lose 150kw compared to the 50-60kw we agree is lost through stock engine power. There is no possible physical way that the drivetrain can absorb the same amount of power when fed different power levels. I can definately see your point though 2rismo and you make a valid point about the transfer of energy however the more load being inputted will have to result in an increased loss of energy.

When I got this gearbox I was told it was a C's short shifter. I am unsure of how to check this but it definately has one. I will also be selling rb20 coil packs and a bosch 040 pump both for $100 each.

Thanks for PM's. Only chasing rebuilt engines at the moment. I know its a long shot but hoping to find someone who has had an engine fully rebuilt stronger that is no longer going to use it. If can't find within week or 2 will just get mine rebuilt.

Also if anyone knows of any workshops who sell revuilt engines could they give me a name an number thanks.

Yeah first thought but our nissan dealer here cant get in anything im not sure why, my guess is that they cant be bothered with any import parts. Ill give them a call now to check. Anyone know if Autobarn sell them? We don't have one here but ive dealth with them posting stuff before.

Hey im chasing a new exhaust manifold gasket for rb20det. Tried the local shops we have here but no good (only sell full vrs kit). Can anyone let me know if anywhere sells them on their own and how much they go for etc. Thanks.

Hey mate I had mercury tune my rb20. I didnt stay around as it was a full tune and took them all day however they did tune it to exactally what I asked for. Im sure if u asked them to hang around, you can sit upstairs their workshop in the lounge room then that way they can come see you if need to ask you any questions.

Hey mate turbo is about 1 year old 7000km's on it. Turbo is still on engine so no pics at this stage however turbo is still running at 100%. Decided to sell this while my car is off the road ready to get painted. Will let everyone know when it comes off and I have got some pics.
